Scarlett Johansson Debuts Ivanka Trump Impression in ‘Complicit’ Fragrance SNL

Scarlett Johansson Debuts Ivanka Trump Impression in ‘Complicit’ Fragrance Ad on ’Saturday Night Live

Funny and accurate as all get out.

Dah-ling. You look so … complicit? Scarlett Johansson debuted her Ivanka Trump impression in a mock fragrance ad on the Saturday, March 11, episode of Saturday Night Live. Watch the clip above to see the hilarious parody.

The minute-and-a-half sketch kicks off with a classy party in a high-ceilinged, gold-drenched room, with guests enjoying flutes of champagne while wearing fashionable evening wear.

    The Most Memorable SNL Hosts
One woman — Johansson — struts boldly into the room in a sparkly gold dress with an unimpressed look on her face.

The ad then goes on to skewer President Donald Trump’s oldest daughter, mocking her much-talked-about role within the White House: “And a woman like her deserves a fragrance all her own. a scent made just for her. Because she’s beautiful. She’s powerful. She’s … complicit.”

    3. Good for Johansson

Not to mention quite a plug for Johansson’s upcoming movie, I’ve read there’s some controversy about her playing the role that ‘some’ felt should have gone to an Asian woman

      4. The negative commentary won't wash off of Ivanka regardless.

SNL could do a mock whitewash parody on Johansson…..although Chris Rock would be best for that take down.

        5. I commented on Johansson not trump's daughter ETA

your comment would seem to indicate that I’m somehow protecting trump, interesting

but as long as we’re seeming to ‘go there’ may I add that trump’s daughter holds no official position other than being the don’s daughter, while her husband Jared is a senior adviser to trump and there for IMO very open to such parody, even including getting such a position by being 1rst son in law

          6. You mentioned Johannsson's own complicity by taking the role that should go

to an Asian actress for no reason? My comment is solely reflecting that regardless of Johansson’s complicity it will not diminish the ad mocking Ivanka. Thus the reason I added Chris Rock would be well placed to do that and she would deserve it.

            7. As i stated in the edit to my comment ivanka holds no official position

other than being the don’s daughter, while jared Kushner otoh is a  senior adviser to trump and there fore open to any and all criticism and parody-including getting the job for being Ivanka’s husband

              8. Ok, but my comment in post 6 was to address that you brought up

Johansson’s own complicity and why I acknowledged it by saying it will not deflect from Ivanka’s issue.

    9. She's a whore to wealth.

Tried to sympathetic to her at first  but she choose her life. Fuck her.

      10. She's a successful woman

Used to be that people who opposed that were the bad guys.

        11. What?

She’s hardly “successful”. A real successful person is someone who started with nothing and climbed her way up the ladder. NOT have daddy’s money to buy whatever she wants. To go to the best schools in the world. Get a top job because of who her dad is. Its like saying Bush jr. is such a successful person and should be homered and respected for that….BLA! So sick of this idea that these rich kids should be thought of as successful or special.
