Thank You Jimmy Dore – Re: Russian Hacking Report
Which references the embarrassing report put out by the intelligence agencies about Russian Hacking.
I already mentioned before that the report did not have any actual proof to back up any of their statements.
What I did not realize is that it even comes with a Disclaimer. It really is laughable, but for it coming from the Intelligence Agencies Under Obama no less, I can only say it is tragic.

Other “Disclaimers” from the report itself: (PDF #page number : RP = Report Page number)
- PDF 23 : RP 13 – “Estimative Language consists of two elements: judgments about the likelihood of developments or events occurring and levels of confidence in the sources and analytic reasoning supporting the judgments. Judgments are not intended to imply that we have proof that shows something to be a fact(LOL). Assessments are based on collected information, which is often incomplete or fragmentary, as well as logic, argumentation, and precedents.”
- PDF 6: RP i – “We did not make an assessment of the impact that Russian activities had on the outcome of the 2016 election. The US intelligence Community is charged with monitoring and assessing the intentions, capabilities, and actions of foreign actors; it does not analyze US political processes or US public opinion.
