What is involved in a recount?

I just volunteered to help on a recount for Jill in 2 rural PA counties. Expect I’ll receive detailed info shortly, but am interested to learn what to anticipate. Official combined results in the 2 counties I offered to work in total 151 Jill votes out of about 30,000 cast in both counties.  Any guesses how long will it take to double check results?

    1. Are they only accepting Green Party members?

      2. Don't think so. I'm registered Independent,

and responded to a Green Party Facebook posting. Filled out some basic info, but was not asked for Party affiliation.

I also just received a notice from our county chair.

    5. Fantastic that you have volunteered.

I was an observer to a recount here in Ohio.  Observing was a little frustrating but important none the less. The BOE will have instructions and things should be pretty straight forward. Wear comfortable clothes, stuff some water and an energy bar into a bag and prepare for a long day.  I found the people to be focused on the job at hand. Thank you for doing this most important job!

Life's too short to vote for immoral warmongers.
