Yes, this is one of the few times Trump has been consistent.

Funny how that consistency often coincides with Russian interests. Just the day before Trump lifted the sanctions against an aluminum firm because the sanctioned oligarch, Oleg something-or-other that I can’t remember but @bobthedrummer has written about at length, the same guy who paid Manafort, because he had reduced his controlling interests to a mere 40%.

I don’t know if these things had anything to do with Trump’s decision or not, and of course I agree with withdrawal, but there is clearly a pattern.
