      I was one of them.

      I would have liked to have voted Green but that was not an option. I’d like to see legislation in Nevada that if “None of these Candidates” ever actually won, the state would be prohibited from awarding its electoral votes to any candidate.

      The Nevada total is the national state-by-state total.

      Outside the U.S., however, there are other jurisdictions where it’s on the ballot.  You can read the details in the Wikipedia article about “None of the above” (link).
