    1. Adding Shawn O'Connor for New Hampshire's 1st district…

We already have two pretty good Democrats running on this list, but with the huge number of candidates running here, it wouldn’t be surprising if the establishment candidates find ways to push them out in next week’s primary.  But Shawn O’Connor sounds like a good Bernie supporter who’s dealt with the party pushing him out of the primary before in 2016, and ran as an independent, like we’ve seen happen this year for so many other progressive candidates that are often pushed out even before the primary vote this year.  So if those two lose next week, Shawn is definitely the candidate to get behind in November…

Read this post here, that shows he shares a lot of voter allegiances and stances with Bernie from even the 2016 election…

Here’s a post from right after the 2016 election, where he documents his struggle with the neoliberal forces of the Democratic Party in New Hampshire trying to keep him off the ballot then, when led to his independent candidacy run…

      8. Shawn O'Connor is what's left after tonight…

The two Dem challengers both went down in the primary tonight.

    3. Added a "disqualified" candidate for Montana's at-large congressional slot…

I’ve already had Steve Kelly for Montana’s senate race, and noted in my list above how Montana’s courts kept him off the ballot.  They did the same thing to Doug Campbell who was seeking to be on the November ballot for their congressional seat with a good progressive platform as well.

    https://ballotpedia.org/Doug_Campbell

I don’t normally add already disqualified candidates to this list, but I felt that when I was looking for other third party candidates to add above for the general after the primaries have pushed many others out, that we need to document the SYSTEMIC FA$CI$M that is keeping Americans from having real choices on who to vote for this November.  Doug Campbell was one I felt needed to be added, even if he won’t be on the ballot.  Maybe many in Montana can protest by writing in both Steve Kelly and Campbell for these two seats to show that they won’t accept this kind of crap any more in taking away their choices!

      6. A general thank you to all here who give me thanks on these threads…

Sorry if I can’t respond to everyone now with the personal life challenges I’m facing now.  Hopefully I can celebrate my life and our nation’s life all changing for the better at the beginning of November!

    5. Added Liuba Grechen Shirley for New York's 2nd district…

She’s about the only candidate on this page for Our Revolution that I don’t have on this list…

    https://ourrevolution.com/candidates/

I recall my earlier concern in adding her, was that I saw earlier articles that she was a big Hillary Clinton supporter, and thought perhaps she wasn’t as legitimate a progressive candidate that we have to be careful about supporting in this environment.  In recent searches, I’ve found that most of the mentions of her and Hillary Clinton is Hillary Clinton’s support of her advocating and getting support for spending campaign funds on childcare since that’s a big expense for her to bear now as a candidate and presumably is an expense that many other women with the same challenge of having young children face who might not otherwise be able to run if they are motivated to.  That was a good stance of both Hillary’s and Liuba’s and should be a noteworthy positive element rather than a negative.

In reading more articles on her, I see that she has gotten a reputation for being the more “progressive activist” candidate in the primary campaign that she won earlier, and from what I can see she has a lot of good stances on everything that we value here on JPR…  Maybe a little late, but for all future mothers of America that want to also serve and be in our government, that you Liuba for helping them.  That kind of campaign spending is far better and more appropriate to cover someone’s essentials than so many other politicians have been found to have been spending money on recently which are shown to be far more gratuitous and unwarranted that making sure that our young children are properly taken care of as they should be!  I hope if elected, she still does the real people’s work instead of the corporate people’s work the way she’s talking about doing now!  Read the comments here on this page.

As someone who’s faced now with having a lot of challenges where I have to just limit my own spending to essentials, I can sympathize with her challenge of doing the right things while focusing on doing the right thing for essentials in her life too.  Go women who want to help us all now!

    7. Need some input here… Should we add Tedra Cobb here for New York's 21st?

She actually won the primary against two other Berniecrats I’ve already had on the list here.  I saw her on the “Our Revolution” candidate list here..

    https://ourrevolution.com/candidates/

But from those who lost this race, it sounds like earlier there was a bit of an issue the way that endorsements have been made.  Read more here…

I would like to add more that should be on this list, but don’t have a lot of personal time, which is strangling me at the moment, to do more deep digging on this one now to see if she deserves an add to our list or not.  Any input here on this thread would be welcomed.  I’ll check in later.

    9. Looks like Matt Brown lost the Rhode Island governor's primary race…

No one to cheer for from Rhode Island any more…

Also added Lorie Burch and Zak Ringlestein’s newer endorsements from Brand New Congress.
