I have an email account that that I set up in 2015 for when I know there will be tons of junk emails.
You know, all those fake polls that are fishing for contact info. Take the poll and get messages forever on topics like “Wish Rachel Maddow a Happy Birthday! Before midnight!”I’ve just been going in every few days to Delete All.
This morning I decided a better plan is to UNSUBSCRIBE and fill out the “Tell us why” field with comments like
“DemExit”
“Get true progressive or get out”
“DropOutJoe”
“I believe Tara”
“NeverBiden”
I doubt it will have any effect, but it feels good.
I might even start doing those stupid polls again, just so I can unsubscribe.
At least till I go back to work.

“Enjoy your billionaires. That’s who you represent. Shame on you. GO BERNIE”
I really don’t think they even notice. Might even be an AI texting.

I have three:
- This is where if you insist you have to have an e-mail address for your advertisements, you get this one. I look at just enough to keep it from being closed. Even has a silly name.
- This one is for professional reasons only. Mostly for job related and freelance stuff. Uses my real name.
1 and 2 are yahoo accounts
3. This one goes to both my computer and cell phone. Only individuals who need to contact me 24/7 get this one. Uses my real name.
3 is a G-mail account.
This almost eliminates the time it takes to clear the crap out of my e-mails.

I too have had for years a Hotmail account I use any time a website demands email verification. But I don’t want any of their promotion after that or whomever they sold your email to. Other than important institutions like my bank or Paypal or other places that I am comfortable or need to use my “real” email.
But I just let them self-delete on their own. They do that after a period of time anyways. Only go there to click on links to register. Its like going to a giant mall with stores barking at you from all sides to look at this, click here, amazing breakthroughs, hot women waiting, cheap Viagra. I just find the one I need to see and log off again. But that’s a great idea! Imma gonna try that too!

Yopmail (www.yopmail.com/en/) creates disposable email addresses specifically to thwart email address brokers.
His body recovered from his torment and became hale,
but the shadow of his pain was in his heart;
and he lived to wield his sword with left hand
more deadly than his right had been. -

I think I get about five emails each day from the Biden campaign asking for money, all because I answered a survey or two.
