Why? AOC is not a senator (yet)!  Chuckie must be afraid AOC will primary him if he doesn’t stop dump’s nominee. Their will be a lot of middle class democrat women  who normally vote establishment democrat who will be really angry with schumer.

AOC implored Democrats to “mobilize on an unprecedented scale” in order to pressure Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Kentucky) not to push a vote before the election, adding: “We need to tell him that he is playing with fire.”
Schumer took that rhetorical threat even further. When asked about the possibility of Senate Democrats adding Supreme Court seats or eliminating the filibuster entirely if they win back the majority in 43 days, Schumer responded this way:
“Well, it will be a decision that is … comes to the Senate. We first have to win the majority before that can happen. But once we win the majority, God willing, everything is on the table.
“… As I said, we first have to win the majority, because if we don’t win the majority, these questions are all moot. But if we win the majority, everything is on the table.”
That is a remarkable statement by the man who, as of today, has at least a 50-50 chance of running the Senate come 2021. It’s also a reflection of just how aware Schumer is of the potential threat AOC poses to him in a 2022 Democratic primary — and how much he is going out of his way to move to the ideological left to shut down the possibility.
Interesting.  But any leftward move by Schumer – and the Democratic Party/Biden has made it QUITE CLEAR that AOC does not represent them in any way, and also AOC has NO POWER – any leftward move will just be lies and feints.  This is rhetorical campaign stuff.  I would not be surprised to see Democrats voting for a Trump nominee and Pelosi saying, hey, at least it is a woman, so victory!.  As if being fucked over by a woman is quite okay.  That’s a DNC meme.
As an aside, any time a Vichy Dem says “God willing, everything is on the table”, regardless of context, I shudder.  Foreshadowing a Biden presidency – everything will be on the table, ready to be carved up and served to the rich.

She endorsed a man who is diametrically opposed to her own stands on the issues which she holds most dear. She didn’t even demand a roll call vote on the greatest theft in human history, the CARES Act. That makes her a chump and a shill in my book. If she really had integrity she’d leave the Democratic Party.

He only listens to the wealth on his side. And if they want a nominee, they will get one. If anything, pressure from the people, or the left only amuses him.  Only death or incapacitation will stop him. And in that event there will be someone who will happily continue with the nomination.

Best strategy for the Dems may be to burn the Senate down at this point.

on the issues that she was voted into office on?  AOC will be facing a People’s Party Primary candidate after her last years of kissing Mama Bear’s ass (Pelosi) and voting with the Republican Senate on COVID-19 relief; adding to that, AOC has decided to say f*ck no to Medicare for All.

AOC will run for Schumer’s seat in 2022, going all out for M4A. In a related prediction Gavin Newsome will run for the PP Presidential nomination in 2024. There will always be legitimate warriors finding their spine and Elmer Gantrys, it’s up to us to separate the wheat from the chaff, and that takes a flail.

“…adding to that, AOC has decided to say f*ck no to Medicare for All.” I believe that. In fact I know it but do you remember where you saw or heard her say it?
