Been busy with football games and getting over cold. So no time or care with what else may be going on.

Looks like the voters collectively decided a divided Congress is best, since that usually means they’ll be able to do less damage to the rest of us. Unfortunately, there’s still bipartisany stuff, which is always bad for the rest of us.

In short, the oligarchy won the midterms. The working class lost. Nothing has fundamentally changed.

        Hey, Rich People..
Democratic presidential candidate and former U.S. Vice President Joe Biden (Getty/Scott Olson)

Oh… but that was before we remembered the wallet extraction intended for those who really needed it”

Biden’s assurance to donors in New York came shortly after his appearance at the Poor People’s Campaign Presidential Forum in Washington on Monday.

Biden said that poverty was “the one thing that can bring this country down” and listed several new programs to help the poor that he would fund if elected.

“We have all the money we need to do it,” he said.

But speaking to wealthy donors in New York, Biden appeared to suggest that his plan would not involve big tax hikes on the rich.

I guess that means they are on CNN and MSNBC. NPR is certainly acting like that.

Never mind that the Democrats will almost certainly lose the House.

It’s like the beloved Steelers of your area went to the Super Bowl and were 14 point underdogs, but lost only by 3, and Pittsburghers turned out for a victory parade for their Super Bowl win.

Meanwhile, were I in my next door Ohio, and in the District, who would I vote for… Tim Ryan or JD Vance?

My goodness, the defense was really good with two interceptions and the Steelers actually won.

I didn’t watch them. I watched the Buffalo-Minnesota game instead. That was an unbelievably entertaining game to watch. Went down to the wire in overtime.

Doesn’t matter what the balance is, nothing gets done anyway. Except sending more money to Ukraine and shafting the rest of us.

What excuse will they give for getting nothing done to help working people?

Both Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders both said in 2016, the media is a monopoly and needs to be broken up.

The only use the oligarchs had for Trump was for the tax breaks. The only reason Trump is in the news now, he attracts viewers.

I can’t believe we are at the brink of nuclear wipe out, which if you think about how well Washington works, was the bipartisan project they all seemed to be able to accomplish.

The best thing so far is that laughable VP won’t need to break ties. That’s a pretty low bar, isn’t it?
