Sanders emphasized it would be important for his administration to end cannabis prohibition in a way that helps communities harmed by the drug war’s enforcement.
“We will move forward to expunge the records of those arrested for possession of marijuana,” he said. “And we will make certain that the legalized marijuana industry is not controlled by a handful of corporations but that those people—the African-American community, the Latino community, the Native American community—those people who have suffered the most will get help in order to make money through a legalized marijuana industry.”
Edit: I meant to post in the Cannabis JPR group. Sorry for posting in wrong forum.

Here’s something that all 50 states can benefit from on day #1.

Thank you Mr. Mickeys Mom. I love this Pink Floyd.
I would like to remind you that U.S. health insurance companies do not contribute anything to health care. They are only a PARASITIC middle man receiving an undeserved cut of "FREE MONEY".

Day 1? I’m in.
I will be a Bernie supporter FOREVER. This whole thing with Bernie and his people oriented policies were meant to be introduced in this day and age!! Many have tried and failed in the past. Succeeding was almost impossible. It's kind of a gimme in today's corrupt 2 party system that you have to work within. Just look how things have changed in the past 8 years from Bernie's policies. It was meant to be. Wait it out. Change will come. Thank you Bernie for all you've done. You are a truly amazing person.

IMHO, the entire system of laws regarding cannabis needs to be eliminated.
IT”S A WEED. It grows all over the world. Same as poppies. The PTB are attempting to make everyone believe that Opiates are interchangeable with Opiods. An entirely different animal. It’s tiring that congress sees fit to regulate us, but not the commerce they are legally supposed to do.

Take notice of the time he tweeted this yesterday. Good timing.
We must finally put an end to the disastrous, so-called "War on Drugs."
This includes legalizing marijuana, releasing those imprisoned because of it, expunging their records, and investing in the communities devastated by this decades-long assault.
