Biden 'confident' Bernie Sanders supporters will fall in line

Joe Biden isn’t worried about disappointed Bernie Sanders supporters not voting for him in the general election.
“If I’m the nominee, I’m confident Bernie will push his supporters to support me, just as I would if it were reversed,” the former vice president told donors late Thursday. “He’s poured his heart and soul into this. He’s made some significant changes in American politics that have been positive.”
Biden is the presumptive 2020 Democratic presidential nominee with 1,196 pledged delegates to Sanders’s 883, though primary contests that would have helped the two-term vice president reach the 1,991 threshold have been pushed back because of the coronavirus pandemic.

I am not a cult member, like, say, Democrats, and I vote for policies, not a personality.
Fall in line behind Biden? Not a fucking chance. And neither Biden nor any of the other Vichy Dems intend to make ANY of Bernie’s efforts happen. So stuff yer bullshit, Biden.

will this Bernie supporter vote for Biden. Didn’t vote for Hildebeast in 2016 and definitely won’t go for Hildebiden in 2020.
Will vote Green to help the viability of a 3rd party since I don’t think write-ins really get counted and since ‘none of the above’ is not an option.

Why don’t you come down to Hell for a ski vacation on Beelzebub Mountain?
I’ll invite you down the minute it snows here. And then the day AFTER that, I’ll support you in the election.

I didn’t vote for Clinton. I considered it, decided against it. There’s not even a moment’s consideration for Biden.
He MIGHT have a shot with Bernie as his VP pick, just because that’ll end up with Bernie running the show by the end of 2021 anyway. But Biden’s gonna have to rely on other Sanders supporters for that one, not me. I won’t vote for anyone who sent us to Iraq, period. I did that in 2004 and it’s left the taste of a nine-volt battery in my mouth ever since. And that’s just the tip of Biden’s iceberg.

The majority will fall in line and vote for Biden because they want to get rid of Trump not because they like Biden.
Politics as usual.

This time, I now have far more individuals who I know, who will most likely just vote 3rd party. These are individuals who historically voted for Democrats.
What the DNC has assured, is that they have killed their seed-corn of voters for at least 2 generations at a minimum.

Bernie did 50 campaign events for Shrillary after the convention in 2016, said vote for Her, and I sure as hell did NOT do as he said. Same would occur in 2020 if Bernie isn’t the nominee.

Biden, once again, demonstrates just how undeserving of our votes he actually is.
I would like to remind you that U.S. health insurance companies do not contribute anything to health care. They are only a PARASITIC middle man receiving an undeserved cut of "FREE MONEY".

Biden is all the reasons I hate Trump. He’s stupid, lacks intellectual acuity, is an abuser of women and his policies are designed for the rich.
Biden is just another front guy for the filthy rich. You can tell because they are all morally bankrupt and emotionally stunted. What Biden did to Anita Hill is clear evidence of his lack of intellectual capacity and that was before he became a dottering old fool.

If not, they’ll vote for Biden.

There is no place for us at the table; however, if we sit obediently we are allowed to stay in the big tent.
The country needs a legitimate counterbalance to the GOP. The dems are their business partners. The blue dogs cross overto further the GOP agenda, and the consultants and lobbyists are content with their 2nd place checks.
I am slowly realizing that 4 more years of Trump might be better because the chances of the dems doing an actual autopsy of what keeps going wrong might then actually happen. Biden is a stuffed shirt. The apparatchiks will do whatever they want and they will feel completely justified to crap on the left with impunity for a few more decades if they get in power now. A Biden or other establishment dem victory will justify the Russiagate hysteria, the pathetic impeachment, the kneecapping of Sanders, the MSM blackout, smears and dirty tricks, the co-opting of other faux left dems, their endless projection, and their abandonment of the working class.

I am ‘confident’ I will not vote for Joe.
It’s Bernie or blank for me.

Don’t worry Joe. You will lose the general election. Democrats can then go on accommodating the GOP. I think that I will write in Ralph Nader if Bernie is not on the ticket.

it baffles me that I have to keep telling people this… DON’T WASTE YOUR VOTE WITH A FUCKING WRITE-IN.
No one will see it, it will not be tallied, and no one will ever give a fuck about it. It is literally more of a waste than just not voting, because with the latter at least you save a little time and ink.
Vote Green. Vote PSL. Vote for someone who’s actually on the ballot. THOSE vote WILL be counted, tallied, and people will know about them. if you’re in one of those unfortunate states where only Dems and republicans get on the presidential ballot… then just skip the president section, because your write-in could lead to the whole ballot being dismissed as “mark” if you get a stray pen squiggle or write outside an arbitrary margin, or something of the sort.
Write-ins are not a protest, they are not an alternative, they are just a waste. And it’s not right that that’s the case, but that’s how it is.

I couldn’t agree more. Voting for an existing party that is on the ballot sends a message to the duopoly and generates viability for a true third party!
Slick Willy only won in 1992 because Ross Perot garnered a whopping 19% of the vote. If ALL true progressives who support Bernie’s agenda vote Green and are perhaps joined by a few disenchanted repukes… imagine the credence and power it gives to that party for the next cycle, and revel in the message it sends to the establishment!

who are totally full of shit, who cannot think for themselves, and who are completely lacking in common sense.
Seriously, like I’m going to fall in line with the same nitwits who were flat out stunned into a coma by shock and disbelief when Clinton lost to Trump? After Bernie supporters explained to them, day in and day out, why Clinton could not, and would not, beat Trump?
Mama drowned all the dummies.
