“Living together? Do you all think about getting married?” Ms. King interjected.
“Not a subject I’m going to discuss with you, Gayle,” Mr. Bloomberg said.
“Well, I am curious. I didn’t know it had been that long. OK. So you didn’t answer me,” Ms. King continued.
“But it only seems like half that length of time,” Mr. Bloomberg said.
“But you didn’t answer the question. Would she be our de facto first lady?” the host persisted.
“Oh yeah, of course,” Mr. Bloomberg replied.

Can we please not insult “sin” like that?

A match made in oligarchy heaven: Diana Lancaster Taylor is the former New York State Superintendent of Banks. She met the former Mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg, in 2000, and they have been a couple ever since.

To all those who seemingly took offense at the ‘living in sin’ — I’m sorry, I guess the sarcasm tag was needed.
However, should he sweep the presidency, he *would* be the first pres with a live-in first lady for some long time.
If bernie had the same arrangement, you can bet it would be an issue.
it’s the hypocrisy stupid.

While we may not care, many others will. It could hurt his chances.

It’s very similar to what Trump would do. It’s an indicator of entitlement, something he gets to do because he’s wealthy.

“As more U.S. adults are delaying marriage – or forgoing it altogether – the share who have ever lived with an unmarried partner has been on the rise. Amid these changes, most Americans find cohabitation acceptable, even for couples who don’t plan to get married, according to a new Pew Research Center survey. Even so, a narrow majority says society is better off if couples in long-term relationships eventually get married.”

“Living in sin”?
That certainly demands a stern Tsk! Tsk! and frown of disapproval from the unpolluted and Pure of Heart.

It will be hard to take the high road against Trump when Bloomie does the same kind of thing with women. 😝

Racism, sexism, conspicuous consumption, corruption.
A Trump vs. Bloomberg election would be an utter disaster.
It would almost be like trying to impeach and convict a blatantly self-serving, unprincipled, and dangerous president by painting a corrupt father and son as his innocent victims.
