I just want to know HOW Joe-bag-a-donuts informs Ellen how disconnected she is from reality… You know, without resorting to the Clockwork Orange methods to infuse drops of reality into her sick fucking eyes…

Hell, no... I'm not giving up...

Oh don’t be so hard on old W; he is a good god-fearing Christian man and deserves forgiveness. He wasn’t the one who actually pulled the trigger, he just gave the order, so see it’s not really his fault.

Fuck that! Every fiber of my being screams for me to just get the fuck away from this planet and its inhabitants. I don’t understand how so many people can go though their daily lives as if none of this shit is happening.

“I don’t understand how so many people can go though their daily lives as if none of this shit is happening.”

Easy, too many people don’t think politics is important, nor does it effects them. Never mind they bitch about how hard it is to break even and get the bills paid on their under paid jobs… And how their taxes always seem to be going up and up. Nor do they wonder why we are always at war with somebody.

We are an arrogant species, believing our fantasy based "facts" are better than the other person's fake facts.

If you are wrong, it will be because you are not cynical enough.

Both major political parties are special interest groups enabling each other for power and money, at the expense of the people they no longer properly serve…

Would be hard pressed to find a US president who was not a war criminal.

      Oh good Goddesses, NOOOOO!

There are some people one can forgive, but a psychopathic, murdering, lying, POS WAR CRIMINAL isn’t one of them! Jeezus fucking Krist, Tulsi!

This is unbelievable. She just killed her campaign. It’s over.

@closeupready Thanks. I had no clue of what the OP was about until I went to your link. WTF is Tulsi doing? It’s like she’s sucking up to whoever in search of a cabinet position. I feel disgust, and profound disappointment.

@closeupready: Thanks, I really didn’t get that part until I saw your link.

This burned the bridge for me. There are two kinds of people that are beyond redemption, Nazis and war criminals. You can’t be nice to either.

I agree with her sentiments in a general sense. Admittedly, I go to great lengths to consider other people’s points of view, making it a point to not judge the totality of a person based on their politics. There does have to be some standards though, and Bush has gone beyond the pale. This post Trump trend of rehabilitating his image is disgusting.

And just lol at this coming from the anti-war candidate. Jesus…

Considering Tulsi’s anti-BDS vote, her retreat from Medicare for all and now wanting to give W and Ellen a pass, does she still deserve to have her name just below Bernie’s on the JPR Home page?

The only thing I find marginally interesting about this whole thing are that the same dolts who are upset with Ellen have said nothing about Bush being chummy with Michelle Obama every time they’re together. Why haven’t they ripped Michelle and not expressed anger towards her? BTW, that’s a rhetorical question, in case anyone was wondering.

IIRC, Michelle got flamed for it as well.

By the same owners of twitter accounts who have blasted Ellen? I highly doubt it. I’m betting if one were to check the twitter history of these individuals they would find praise for Michelle on every level and nothing negative about her being friendly with Bush. Look, these people are hypocrites. These are the same “liberals” who decry racism, bigotry, and climate deniers while voting for corporate Dems who pay lip service to issues, and little else.

Saying Republicans and conservatives should not be treated as pariah is bullshit. Bush is an anti-human rights, anti-democracy war criminal who stole the 2000 election and every Republican/Conservative/Other who voted for him and supported him is partially culpable for his crimes against humanity, democracy, and decency.

We are all responsible for our own actions.  Bush ran on a clearly fascist agenda, and American fascists voted for, and elected him in 2004, despite the fact that this monster stole the 2000 election and deliberately started a senseless war that resulted in the slaughter, maiming, trauma, displacement, etc, of millions of innocent people.

They can’t even say “but we didn’t know!”

Promote Freedom From Religion, and Separation of Church and State. When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag, and carrying a cross.

Together, together, my friends, we have begun a political revolution to transform America, and that revolution, our revolution, continues! ~ Bernie
