Strongly worded letters?  Unfriend him?  Frowny face stickers on the White House fence?  We traded one fascist for another, that’s all that has happened.  Low approval ratings?  Bwahahaha!  No one cares.  What’s next from the vote for the blue contingent will be, my guess, is a bunch of bullshit telling progressives they have to wait, the time is not now, not being realistic, just keep on hopin’ and votin’ for the blue.

Unless some asshole tries to explain why the TPP and ACA penalty and other things Biden holds very dear and close to his heart are GOOD things – all I see is a bunch of people trying to breathe life into that fucking hope and change lie.  Would love to be wrong, but I think Biden will kick progressives to the curb and, as far as anything progressive that he bamboozled Bernie with – Biden will just say oh, let’s not rush into anything, especially rolling back any of Trump’s shit, because that will cost the rich some money, and can’t have that.

What can be used to pressure Biden?  He just wanted the votes, and he got the votes.  Knees bent, forelocks tugged.  Threaten to not vote Dem in 2022?  First, a lot of shit will have happened by then, and second, oh come on, if you voted for Biden this time, you’ll vote for Vichy Dems in 2022.

Remember when Doctor Jill said to shut the fuck up and swallow?  She meant that.  And not just for the election.   So while yeah, Trump is gone, his replacement does not mean well for us, Biden has NEVER meant well for us, so I don’t see anything to celebrate.   There is nothing to pressure Biden with.

Hey, @deadpool ! I know you know how to do this.

      ..let alone his policies.

He’ll actually say he doesn’t need progressives at all now, because he achieved his win without us.

Righteous post ‘djean’. While I’m immensely proud I didn’t vote for that mook, I too see things actually getting worse as far as the kleptocracy running roughshod over all of us. It’s been validated in a way that there’s no other way for them to see them winning as the ultimate mandate for the third way V2.1.

The fact that our being marginalized by somebody who is not a boorish blowhard gives me zero comfort.

was chosen precisely because she also can be persuaded by her wealthy owners to NOT do anything, either.

Voting for Vichy Dems reminds me of the “pull-out” method. Those who have tried it will admit it is not as easy as it sounds. Pull out of her right before you cum? It’s a feat until one learns how to control those muscles down there. Vote vichy Dem again? NO, I PROMISE I’LL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!1

Oops. Murkkkastan just came again. In her. Now we get the love child that we didn’t want (Biden isn’t much in favor of abortion anyway).

I voted Green in the past two elections and I do not regret it. Though it feels a bit like watching the world crumble around me, without any way of stopping the crumbling.

A mass exodus to the People’s Party might get their attention.  I understand it will be forming in December, 2020.

Even if it takes a while to gain steam, it is better than living on false hope.

I suspect those who have hope, which excludes me, are simply waiting for him to keel overland Kamala to fulfill their dreams. Ain’t gonna happen—fulfilling the dreams that is. I expect Joe to keel over at any time.

Unless some third party gets serious about a national voter database and extensive voter contact.  After all, Kshama Sawant didn’t need “ballot access” to win a city council seat three times–just lots of highly motivated volunteers.

As many have already said, he and his ilk have no desire to move left. The vast majority of self-identified Democrats are just happy the Bad Orange Man is gone so they can get back to their “normal” lives of ignoring all the problems that have led the U.S. to where it is today: an oligarchy kept in place by fomenting racial divides.

There is no “leverage” against the centrists. They believe they prevailed in spite of dangerous progressive socialist rhetoric and Bernie Bros. They lost a bunch of House seats, which they explain by claiming reckless talk of defunding the police was the cause. They will have the Democratic Party paralyzed with fear in two weeks. Biden will be talking his usual bipartisan nonsense while Mitch McConnell sodomizes him again. (Warning! Bad visual imagery. Not recommended.)

It was nice to know you were there for those of our forebears who needed you.

Goodbye, Medicare!  You’ve overstayed your welcome – we have Obamacare, and it’s so much better!

Hello, Indentured Servitude!  It’s an honor to make your acquaintance, I just hope I can live up to the ideals you represent!  If I don’t, send me right off to Debtor’s Prison!

That’s exactly what he and the rest of the ratfuckers will say @mzzgrizz

The DNC “big tent” excludes Nina Turner but includes John Kasich.

So that ends this whole debate anyway. If he goes too far with an EO, the 6-3 hard RW SCOTUS will bitch slap him down too.

Strap in baby jeebus, this is going to be a nasty bumpy ride.

Great points, and all accurate. You’re one of the few I read here who actually seems to have both feet on the ground.

Roody has it right primary non progressives. Stay registered democrats for primarying dinos. You can still vote peoples party in general. See if republicans in house will help progressive vote out pelosi. If they will we will need 10 maybe less progressives in house. If  supreme court over turns roe vs wade or obama care it will discredit centrist third way democrats. Be wary of leaving democrat party to centrists they benefit if we leave. You can still vote third party and help them get on the ballot while staying registered democrat. Biden is vary vulnerable on his soft latinx support hang it around his neck and don’t let up. DNC will bring out biden latinx stooges challenge them. Black lives matter can put pressure on democrat party centrists as they are particularly vulnerable to racism charges in democrat party. Their are many more things that can be done find weak spots and attack!

While i don’t expect anything I’m hoping the black coalition that got him into the white House might be able bring some pressure.

It would require a pretty big about face on a lot of things but maybe he will use the twilight of his career trying to leave a mark.

      Like i said i don’t expect much.

If Biden does not respond to the real pain ahead things will get ugly.

The local chapter of the People’s Party needs to be promoting real solutions and real action.

When Biden tells his donors that if he doesn’t do something they will get Democratic Socialists or worse for them…

… then Biden will get pressure from his donors.

Apparently I’ve used that subject before for Trump! As I’ve asked for about four years when people have been saying Resist! I’ve been asking “How?” The President is comfortably isolated in the White House – as the head of one-third of the United States government, he can ignore what people want as equally well as Congress and the judicial branch.

Biden will do nothing progressive. “I beat the Socialist!” End of discussion.
