I never had to look for a cat to love,  they always find me. The little shits know I have a weakness for them.

He was an apricot point, big, young, un neutered. He was mellow and got along with my other cats at the time. So I started leaving food out for him, but not letting him in the house. Then one morning about six months in, I woke up to find him asleep on my bed. Oh, okay. That was the week Pink Floyd became a member of the household. That was also the week I got him and Pinkus Catterman, my other young male, neutered. (It was my musical era. I also had a female named Kiri te Katawa—she did sing.) Floyd became my guard cat. I never had a raccoon in the house as long as he was alive.
