He points out that the Democrats are mired in the establishment. They pretty much hate Cenk, so they’ll follow their basic inclination, which is to vaccum up as much corporate cash as possible.

He shilled for Hillary and then he shilled for Biden during the election. I think he’s a waste of a perfectly good used car salesman.

Still believes the Democrats can move left like most of their voters. It’s a solid dead end.

Fucking hypocrite can just STFU.  He is just trying to keep on good terms with progressives.  Once you shill and vote for Vichy Dems, they don’t really care what you want or need, and Cenk knows that. And he will shill for Vichy Dems next time and the next time and the next time.

Last election, I said the same thing. “OK, I’ll vote for Hillary this time, but I won’t put up with this crap next time.”  Big words, right? Well, I did it. I voted for Howie Hawkins. I reached my gag limit. Maybe Cenk will reach his. I hope more people do.

Seriously.  He has his PAC or whatever, and will be asking for money from progressives in order to “support progressive candidates”.  There is huge money in that, and Cenk knows that nothing progressive will ever get done because the Vichy Dems really do own the Democratic Party, so he will always have an excuse to ask for donations.  Cenk does not have a gag limit, he has already swallowed.  @hasslecat

Blue no matter who during the general election but he holds them accountable while they are in power.

Apologies if you meant to put quotes around “holding them accountable”.   What Cenk is doing is playing both sides against the middle.  Where his bank account resides.  After you vote for someone, you have no means to hold them accountable.  Especially when they know you will vote for them the next time, and the next, and the next.  Cenk is just empty rhetoric at this point, and he has already bragged about how much money he  can get from progressives.  And, IMO, that work from within thing will never work.  A guy who considers progressives as terrorists, and bragged about “beating the socialist” laughs at the “accountable” thing was elected.
