Congressman predicts immunity for Awan's “disturbing story”, DWS self-destruct

******FOX News interview video at link

Congressman says Imran Awan will get immunity for “disturbing story” that will destroy Wasserman Schultz, 09/12/2017

Imran Awan and his wife will get immunity in return for Wasserman Schultz’s laptop evidence.

Rep. Trent Franks (R-AZ) hinted in an interview on Fox Business with host Lou Dobbs that there will soon be “significant” news about former DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Last week news broke that Imran Awan’s wife, Hina Alvi struck a deal with federal prosecutors to return to the United States where she currently faces charges of conspiracy and bank fraud.

. . . at least according to Congressman Trent Franks (R-AZ) who appeared on Fox News recently, there may be more to Alvi’s return than meets the eye as he predicts that the Awans could be working on a broader immunity deal with prosecutors in return for a “significant” and “pretty disturbing” story about Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

“I don’t want to talk out of school here but I think you’re going to see some revelations that are going to be pretty profound.  The fact that this wife is coming back from Pakistan and is willing to face charges, as it were, I think there is a good chance she is going to reach some type of immunity to tell a larger story here that is going to be pretty disturbing to the American people.”

      1. Keep on Truckin' Debbie!

“Set up, like a bowling pin …”

A laptop that Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz has frantically fought to keep prosecutors from examining may have been planted for police to find by her since-indicted staffer, Imran Awan, along with a letter to the U.S. Attorney.

U.S. Capitol Police found the laptop after midnight April 6, 2017, in a tiny room that formerly served as a phone booth in the Rayburn House Office Building, according to a Capitol Police report reviewed by The Daily Caller News Foundation’s Investigative Group. Alongside the laptop were a Pakistani ID card, copies of Awan’s driver’s license and congressional ID badge, and letters to the U.S. attorney. Police also found notes in a composition notebook marked “attorney-client privilege.”

The laptop had the username “RepDWS,” even though the Florida Democrat and former Democratic National Committee chairman previously said it was Awan’s computer and that she had never even seen it.

        4. Precious Little Debbie is probably losing some sleep, I suspect.

Have no fear, sweetheart, you’ll soon have all the time you want for sleep.

          10. Your post sounds beautiful when sung like a chorus from Truckin'!

With just a bit of tweakin’.

Precious Little Debbie isn’t resting well

No fears sweetheart, you’ll soon be napping in your cell.

What in the world ever became of Imran?

He lost his passport, you know he isn’t the same

Living on red bull, borrowed cash, and trying to get gone

All his employers can say is ain’t it a shame.

Sometimes the lights all shining on me

Other times I can barely see

          Lately it occurs to me

What a long strange trip it’s been

        9. I'l take #5 for a thousand, Alex.

If there is any kind of incriminating evidence on there, no one is going to want it out. Bye, bye Debbie. Bye, bye evidence.

      2. Who wants to take up a pool?

      Options are”

      1 DWS was blackmailing congressmen.

2 DWS was running a spy ring for the Israelis

3 DWS was running a spy ring for the PRC

4 DWS was selling national secrets to the highest bidder

5 DWS will be found dead in a “botched robbery” and the investigation will be dropped

        5. It is interesting that Franks implies DWS' constituents and every other American

will be ‘disturbed’ by what has been discovered, when he makes reference to “the American people” in general, rather than a more specific group of people associated with her (such as her district voters, or even the DNC).

        13. Could be a combination of 1-4, except that…

…as to #3, it was Awan spying for China and/or Pakistan, and/or selling secrets to the highest bidder.  If Debbie was spying for someone, it was probably Israel.  As to motives for spying/blackmail, hers were likely mostly political – to use the info on other Democrats (and whoever else got netted in Awan’s general top level access to the Congressional system) to influence or coerce them to do her bidding (on legislation – to make herself more powerful; to serve her corporate donors and Israel, if she was spying for them; to bolster her position and power at DNC, etc.) and secondarily to enrich herself, and Awan’s motive was likely to enrich himself, with no political purpose and perhaps no allegiance.

I want to mention one other party Debbie might have been serving and that is the nazi Ukraine lobby and government.  She had their operatives working at the DNC.

The DNC appears to have been a den of thieves.

Oh, one other thing:  Someone invented “Guccifer 2.0” to cover for the “Russia did it” narrative.  The Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity – which includes top experts in IT, formerly at CIA and NSA – found abundant evidence that “Guccifer 2.0” was faking a connection to Russia, and also that no documents were obtained by hacking; they were leaked by someone with insider access to the physical computer.  We have two obvious candidates for who invented “Guccifer 2.0.”:  Imran Awan (who had access to DNC computers) and the Ukrainians.  Debbie Wasserman-Shultz was the employer of both, and also the employer of Seth Rich, who might have been trying to foil this den of thieves.

As to #5, no, I don’t think that will be Debbie’s fate.  I think she will be bought off – and will take the fall for her puppetmasters.  My #6 is that it will go no further than Debbie.

          17. Well I might have added

the Taiwanese and South Korean intelligence agencies as well, but I thought a complete list would have been overkill.

Personally I doubt the petty blackmail angle. DWS knew who was screwing his secretary, she didn’t need to comb cell phone histories. I do think that you’re right, she will probably fall on her sword and do a few years in club fed and keep her mouth shut, but it depends on how big it really is. Remember the “DC Madam”.

              22. Not that I know of, just piling on.

Though in the 80s I was a messenger in SF and occasionally delivered photostats to Bectel HQ. At the time it was a common belief that “Half the people at Bectel were CIA and the other half were Taiwan CIA”.  True? I will say that the Bectel HQ made my skin crawl.

                23. Wow! Didn't know that. It puts a whole new coloration on Bechtel's…

…behavior in Bolivia, which I followed closely.  Bechtel privatized the public water system in Cochabamba, Bolivia, and then started jacking up the price of water to the very poor – even charging poor people for collecting rainwater.   The place erupted in huge protests, and those protests were the beginning of the movement that elected Evo Morales the first indigenous president of Bolivia.

I never thought of that Bechtel resource grab as a CIA operation.  Of course I know that the CIA works closely with the cabal of billionaires, banksters and war profiteers that Allen Dulles initially put together, and that is still with us.  But it just never occurred to me that Bechtel’s water grab was a CIA op.  I’m going to have to cogitate on this for a while.  Thanks for the info!

On the DNC and its foreign elements, they were very specific.  They were hired by DWS. And they are both bad – the criminal Awan family, which was funneling money (and what else?) back to Pakistan, and lobbyists for the nazi regime that the CIA installed in Ukraine.   If DWS herself was working for Israel or the CIA or both, then we had three foreign powers and a very rogue U.S. spy and dirty tricks agency – one that is forbidden by law to interfere in domestic politics – operating out of Democratic Party headquarters, and, in the case of the CIA, probably running the Democratic Party.

I don’t want this diluted.   There were specific operatives and influences involved.  The Ukrainian nazis have a big stake in demonizing Russia, and thus had a very big motive for creating “Guccifer 2.0” (which was doctored to point to Russia).   Imran Awan seems mostly to have been driven by greed, but what he might have been driven to was selling U.S. national security information to God knows who.  Israel has obvious motives for having an operative at the DNC (DWS).  They’ve been interfering in U.S. political life, in a big way, for decades – unchecked.  Could they have been using info on Dem congress critters – gathered by Awan, funneled through Debbie – to influence, say, votes on that godawful bill in Congress, recently, to criminalize criticism of Israel in the U.S.A. with up to 10 years in prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines!  This is such a blatant violation of the First Amendment, that they most likely needed blackmail material on congress critters to sponsor it, vote for it and/or shut up about its unconstitutionality.

This is what I think DWS was into – influence peddling, being a power broker.   She may also have used the Awans and/or the Ukrainians for election fraud in the Primary against Bernie Sanders or these entities were/are CIA operatives and she was permitting them to operate freely to accomplish CIA purposes.  And when the CIA couldn’t put its candidate, Hillary, in the White House, it all started to fall apart, and the Awans started to cut and run.  I don’t know what’s become of the Ukrainians but if they’re still around the DNC, they might think about getting outa Dodge.  The evidence that “Guccifer 2.0” was doctored to point to Russia is solid, and they had the biggest motive to do it.

      3. So what does anyone here think? What kinds of hijinks has she been

involved in?  What is Franks implying in his statement that “the American people” will be disturbed (rather than “her constituents” or “the Democratic Party”)?  And “larger story” … larger than what?  Than primary machinations?

        8. HRC really didn't want her at DNC and her hold on Obama was inexplicable

I’d say 2 or 4. However, 2 might be dicey because no congressperson of any party wants to challenge Israel. OTOH, 2 would explain why she kept her position for so long when the leadership really didn’t want her there.

Or it could just be run of the mill fraud in Florida.

          18. That's the first I've heard that Hillary didn't want Debbie at the DNC.

Are you sure of this?  Not saying you’re wrong.  Just didn’t know it.  And it surprises me a bit.

Debbie’s hold on Obama might be related to who Debbie was actually working for.  Israel is one candidate for her employer.  The CIA is another.  Or it could be both.  I do think the CIA took over the Democratic Party, probably full bore in the ’90s.  I think Leon Panetta was Bill Clinton’s “watcher” for the CIA.**  And I think the Hillary Clinton campaign 2016 was a CIA operation to install their tool in the White House, for their goals of regime change in Syria and confrontation with Russia.  If I’m right, then you’d better believe that Obama obeyed those who installed him in the White House and appointed their operative, Debbie, as DNC chair and kept her there, even when she violated his own policy of the DNC not taking corporate money.  He might have been equally fearful of the Israel Lobby.  Either one would be a powerful control but the two combined would be impossible to defy.  This could explain Obama’s listless, unenthusiastic support of Hillary – that it was coerced.  Was there ever an apparently lazier head of party than Obama?  It is not on the CIA’s to-do list, to improve the Democratic Party – to inspire the grass roots, to serve the leftist majority, to empower the People.  Rather the opposite.

          – – – –

*(Panetta was Bill’s chief of staff.  Panetta then served on Bush Sr.’s “Iraq Study Group” and was party to salvaging Jr.’s presidency when it was threatened by Cheney-Rumsfeld’s outing of the CIA WMD counter-proliferation project.  Obama then appointed Panetta CIA Director.  Sen. Diane Feinstein briefly objected that Panetta was “inexperienced” but shut up about that instantly.  She was apparently not in the loop.  The CIA was reported to be ecstatic at Panetta’s appointment and broke out the champagne bottles to welcome him. So it’s more than likely that he was one of their own.)

            21. News to me as well, though DWS leapt to switch allegiance to Obama

After Obama got the nod DWS basically became an Obama functionary. Pragmatism is only OK for Hillary, her supporters must be willing to get entombed with her, if not outright jumping on her funeral pyre.

And now that I think about it, with Obama on his way out the door DWS tosses his desire for no lobbyist cash aside, and lets the DNC start taking it again.

She might have bullshitted Clinton into thinking she was a true acolyte, and then after her primary loss Clinton saw she’d need an actual pawn to put in place at the DNC. Clinton and Obama had an alliance, imo. Obama was the front-man of the band, Hillary was useful for making the sausage, aka doing a lot the dirty work. So Hillary saw the DNC as an area to be contested between her and Obama. With it, she was unassailable. If Obama had it then Clinton’s position was not as secure.
