Creator of AstraZeneca vaccine says herd immunity is not possible with these vaccines

The Delta variant has changed the equation for achieving herd immunity, the developer of the Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccine has said.
Speaking at a UK parliamentary meeting on Tuesday, Sir Andrew Pollard, a professor of pediatric infection and immunity at the University of Oxford, said that achieving herd immunity is “not a possibility” now that the Delta variant is circulating.
“We know very clearly with coronavirus that this current variant, the Delta variant, will still infect people who have been vaccinated, and that does mean that anyone who’s still unvaccinated, at some point, will meet the virus,” Pollard said.
He said it was unlikely that herd immunity will ever be reached, saying the next variant of the novel coronavirus will be “perhaps even better at transmitting in vaccinated populations.”
“We don’t have anything which will stop that transmission to other people,” Pollard said.
Its what I keep trying to tell people. We will likely not ever eradicate this virus. This isn’t smallpox or polio. It spreads and mutates way too fast. And the current vaccines are nowhere near good enough to stop the spread. This virus is endemic. We will have new vaccines and treatments in the months and years ahead. Some years will be better than others. But we will be chasing variants for years and possibly for decades….just as we do with the flu every year.
These vaccines do appear to make the virus less deadly to the vaccinated individual. That point should be made clear. But it won’t stop the spread.

Their eye was on the profits. Never mind the government grants use to develop their vaccine. Their hundreds of lobbyist made sure of that.
Two shots needed – Even more profits. They tried for three shots and boosters far into the unforeseeable future. Lucky for most of us, that ain’t gonna happen.

How many years before the only ones left are the young, the young slave undereducated population? Just enough people to run a civilization serving the Oligarchy, with all the books of the past having been burned?
Thanks for reading my opinion in this reply.
