Mercury, I guess, since it’s so close to the sun.

While Mercury is closer to the sun, Venus has higher temps b/c it has a very thick atmosphere that traps heat.

Although I did hear something about Venus being hotter than originally believed. Basically, I don’t know.

    The Sun.

Except for MLT it doesn’t get hotter than that.

Our sun is a star, not a planet.

    It’s Venus of course.

It has an atmosphere of almost 100 percent CO2 that is 5 times as dense as ours it.

Avrage temperature anywhere on the planet is hot enough to melt lead, around 900 degrees F.

Zero water and almost zero wind at the surface. Even the poles are the same temp.

      Curious question.  @sffh

If the surface is hot enough to melt lead. What material is the surface composed of?
