I’m sure he will promise to put on his comfy shoes and help those Union strikers out!

Speaking as a public sector employee and union member, BO can kiss my grits.

Better read the link. He was fighting the cop union, which is a criminal organization, not really a union at all.

The article at the end, does defend his pro union work
Maybe they should put that at the beginning of the article
In defense of O’Rourke’s pro-union bonafides, Evans cited O’Rourke’s work on the House Veterans’ Affairs Committee, as well as the endorsements he secured during his Senate campaign from the Texas AFL-CIO, the Texas State Association of Fire Fighters, National Nurses United, and the American Federation of Government Employees — the largest federal employee union in the country.

Possibly he was sincere on this one re cops/fire. The information in the article presents a rather mixed picture. However, the statement quoted is open to interpretation & busting 1 union opens the door to bust others.
OTOH, busting cops/fire opens the door to their solidarity w/ all unions
