I will be a Bernie supporter FOREVER. This whole thing with Bernie and his people oriented policies were meant to be introduced in this day and age!! Many have tried and failed in the past. Succeeding was almost impossible. It's kind of a gimme in today's corrupt 2 party system that you have to work within. Just look how things have changed in the past 8 years from Bernie's policies. It was meant to be. Wait it out. Change will come. Thank you Bernie for all you've done. You are a truly amazing person.

It has been so obvious since Obama ran for his second term, what is it that people can’t seem to get? Both political parties are corrupt political parties, bent on enriching themselves at our expense.
We are an arrogant species, believing our fantasy based "facts" are better than the other person's fake facts.
If you are wrong, it will be because you are not cynical enough.

– Has consistently lied about his positions
– Apologizes for past neo-liberal positions, though shows no regrets, nor true intention of changing past positions
– Consistently bungles positions that are critical to progressives.

In turn, all those 3 points, as well as the 3 astutely noted by ‘Sorechasm’, are features…not bugs, as far as the democratic party leadership is concerned.

If Joe is indeed the nominee, then I’ll be proud to vote for him. The “Him” in question being probably Jesse Ventura.

But we have to. It’s required. Just like last time. If we had voted as we were told to vote, like good little soldiers, the orange menace could have been avoided. Same thing this time. We will accept whatever they give us, stifle our dissent, and vote for Kindly Uncle Joe. If we don’t, we will be responsible for ruining the country. And none of that “hold my nose” complaining. We will vote as we’re told and smile about it. Ingrates!

Washington Democrats choose presidential primary for 2020, ditching precinct caucuses
In less than a year, Washington state’s Democrats and Republicans will both — for the first time — cast their ballots in a meaningful presidential primary.
The state Democratic Party on Sunday voted to use a primary election to allocate Washington’s presidential delegates. The Republicans, who also used a primary in 2016, had previously committed to doing so again in 2020.
But for the state Democratic Party, which has always used caucuses to choose delegates, 2020 will be a first.
Instead of cramming into a local gymnasium or community center and arguing for candidates at a caucus with other party loyalists, Washington will choose presidential nominees the same way we decide every other election — by mail-in ballots.
As in previous years, the names of presidential candidates will be on the ballot. After the primary, the state Democratic Party will still hold much-smaller caucuses, for the purposes of choosing the individuals who will attend the 2020 Democratic National Convention in Milwaukee as delegates.
Yay! We’ll finally be able to vote for the candidate we want and the vote will count.
I don’t take Loyalty Oaths and I’m not an ideologue, True Believer, or member of a personality cult. The most I will promise as to which candidate I will vote for is “Maybe” to all of them. It’s up to them to convince me that they’re the most likely candidate to beat Trump and then, hopefully, keep their promises to bring civilization (such as it was) back to America.

Correct. I will not vote for Joe Biden, no matter what. Period. End of discussion.
And I happen to like him. But if he is the nominee against Trump, I will vote for Mickey Mouse, literally.

I refuse to vote for a corrupt sack of shit candidate.
I would like to remind you that U.S. health insurance companies do not contribute anything to health care. They are only a PARASITIC middle man receiving an undeserved cut of "FREE MONEY".

Biden isn’t going to push for Medicare for all. That alone is a deal breaker. He’s also not going to argue in favor of free public college. He’s in bed with the credit card thieves and health insurance moguls. He praises Republicans including Pence and helped one win a Congressional seat. And this is the DNC’s flavor of the year? They’re nuts.
