This article from The Hill shows why Vichy Democrats are completely worthless. How dare a Democrat criticize Nationals fans for giving Trump a well-deserved taste of his own medicine? What a worthless piece of toadshit! Not only that, but this is one of the most corrupt Democratic politicians. From the story:

Sen. Christopher Coons (D-Del.) on Monday criticized the crowd at Game 5 of the World Series, played Sunday in Washington, for booing President Trump and chanting “lock him up.”

“Well, forgive me, I’m enough of a sort of traditionalist about our institutions that even at a time when there is a lot that our president does that I find disturbing, offensive, unconventional, I have a hard time with the idea of a crowd on a globally televised sporting event chanting ‘lock him up’ about our president,” Coons said in an appearance on CNN’s “New Day.””I frankly think the office of the president deserves respect, even when the actions of our president don’t,” Coons added.

The boos and chants came as Trump appeared on the scoreboard at Nationals Park.

He was sitting with a handful of congressional Republicans.

    Full story here.

And that’s why he deserves to be booed.

i’m sure no one was booing “the office of president.” if the troll in chief wants to act like a dick he should be treated that way.

Hey Coons- if you love Trump so much, change parties. You seem to want to anyway.

I am not clear on what “respect for the office” means–but I think I don’t have it anymore, not after the war crime and killings of Bush and Obama.

Trump serves well the purpose of making people respect the office less, ridiculing the state by just being him. When you go anarchist, after a while you start to see that it’s not the bosses that are the real issue, but authoritarian followers who need and create the bosses.

      Aloha!

Hopefully, Presidents should be worried about being booed & serve the people to avoid it, versus serving themselves.

There’s a point to respect for the office, and a point where it becomes irrelevant.

Trumpler is a fascist.  No fascist deserves to be coddled and enabled.  Especially when the fascist is the leader of a nation.

    Urban Dictionary:  Vichy Democrat

nickname for contemporary members of the Democratic Party, who have sold out to the increasingly fascist Republican Party just as the Vichy French collaborated with the Nazis

Respect is earned – an office only deserves as much respect as has been earned by the one holding it – and when the holder is Trump, then no respect is deserved.  The man never earned a damn thing in his life.  A child of wealth, privileged from birth, lacking in compassion, intellect, common sense or even manners.

The Senators comments indicate that he, too, is unworthy of respect.  The idea that an “office” or title is, by itself, worthy of respect, is as absurd as the notion of the sanctity of royal blood.  A title – or an office, isnt worth a damn thing if the holder isnt.

The “office of the president” routinely commits horrific crimes all over the world, including mass murder and the destruction of whole societies. What is there to respect?

Hey Sen. Numbnuts! Respect is a two-way street. If none comes down from above, none will come back, and the Tangerine Wankmaggot has no respect for anyone or anything.

    The hell it does!

When the person posing as president shows the respect for us that we deserve, then perhaps he will receive respect. Not until.

He works for US. So far, he’s done NOTHING to earn our respect.

This is what needs to happen to every corrupt politician in DC any time they leave their homes. They should have zero peace in their personal lives until they start working for the good of the citizens instead of corporations.

Fuck Trump. Fuck Coons. Fuck all politicians… except Bernie.

None of them deserve any respect!

Cheeto demonstrates on a daily basis that  HE has no respect for the Office of the President, and his cabinet picks (and the lack of the same, once his useless picks resign) show that he has no respect for ANY Federal office, whether elected or appointed.

That includes worthless corporate shills like you, Coons.

I didn't refuse to vote for Hillary Clinton because any goddamned Russian told me to. I refused to vote for her because she is a warmongering, election stealing, Goldman Sachs fellating, Republican WHORE. No offense to sex workers.

Exactly @satan. He shows zero respect for the Constitution, the Offices and Judicial System, Laws, the planet, humans and animals. For this, the Idiot King, deserves rebuke. And removal.

This is one of the few pleasures we have as American citizens.  Booing our leaders.

I am all for respecting the office, but much like Republicans booed Obama, others are welcome to boo their leaders.

Heck, I have penned a few strongly worded letters to different camps.  I consider it well and just.

Apparently Nate Silver is also tweeting bad things about anybody who booed Dear Orange Leader. Surprised he could hear the boos with his head permanently stuck up Hillary’s ass.

If the crowd had responded with the dignity that DT has brought to the Office, they would have thrown bags of dogshit.

They did respond in a restrained manner.
