Update on site issues: (1. replies now need a title *and* something in the message box, 2. certain links are causing strange pop-ups on Apple devices, and 3. Some folks can't type anything into the text box.) Basically, a series of unfortunate events set us back on testing. We'll get to it as soon as we can, and hopefully things can get fixed by this weekend if not before.  More info: https://jackpineradicals.com/boards/topic/site-problems-more-info/

Dems: Trump voter fraud 'fantasy' a distraction from Russian help

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) on Wednesday knocked President Trump for his claims of rampant voter fraud during the 2016 election, calling them a distraction.

The DNC said in a statement that “everyone knows there was no massive voter fraud in the election,” arguing Trump’s allegations were an effort to distract people from Russian meddling in the election.

“He can’t let go of his voter fraud fantasy — both because he cannot bear the thought that millions more Americans voted for Hillary Clinton than for him, and to cover up the real crime: Russian efforts to help him win,” the DNC said.

The president on Wednesday announced he would ask for a “major investigation into voter fraud.” He said in a series of tweets that the country would “strengthen up voting procedures” depending on the results of the investigation. The DNC mocked Trump’s call for an investigation involving “phantom voters.”

    2. Bwah! Yep.

I am currently laughing at the obsession – on both sides – with crowd size.  Very…interesting.     Especially since I don’t care about inaugurations all that much.  Rick Warren was the final blow to giving a crap.

You think the only reason that people won't vote for a warmongering Third Way fracking-enabling cluster bomb throwing H-1B increasing lying pandering corporate and Wall Street shill who says she has no problem putting abortion rights on the table is because we are mad about Bernie?  Um, nope.

    6. I suppose that both sides need a convenient explanation without

    regard for the “inconvenient” truth.

    8. Neither side is exactly covering themselves with glory here

There was virtually no voter fraud in the election, and there was no evidence of Russian hacking.

We’re only hearing about voter fraud because Donnie Tiny Hands is an insecure little boy and we’re only hearing about the Russians because the Dems can’t face up to the fact that they just nominated the worst candidate and ran the most pathetically incompetent campaign in US history.

I went home with a waitress the way I always do  How was I to know she was with the russians, too?
