      From https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/immigration/despite-court-filings-public-rhetoric-official-says-biden-admin-not-n1260283 :

“We are not ending family detention,” a senior Immigration and Customs Enforcement official told NBC News. “We are not closing the family detention centers.”

WASHINGTON — Despite recent comments from President Joe Biden and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas condemning migrant family detention and a recent court filing by the administration outlining plans to effectively end the practice, a senior Immigration and Customs Enforcement official says the agency will keep detaining families after all.

“ICE does maintain and continues to a system for family detention,” the official said, speaking on the condition of anonymity. “We are not ending family detention. We are not closing the family detention centers.”

The official said there are still more than 100 families in the Karnes County Family Residential Center near San Antonio and over 350 in the South Texas Family Residential Center in Dilley.

Apparently family detention centers are OK as long as you don’t call them kids in cages.

Maybe AOC and her Truth Panel can examine all the bullshit that comes out of the White House.

If only someone knew the Dems were dishonest.

Plausible Deniability, or “fucking lying their asses off 24/7/365”, is the backbone of the Dem party.

But the Orange Man is gone.

The people who created him are running the country now, but the bad Orange man is gone, and it will never happen again.

the root cause of our woes is never addressed because they can silver tongue the simple.

            Bad Orange Man Must Go.

Sure, .. great, .. I hate that POS too but what about the folks who made him and can make many more just like him and worse, we just put them in charge.

Monsters and end of the world scenarios every 2 and 4 years that only the Dems can save us from, like clockwork.

Every time it happens it’s like a slow motion train wreck.

Sailing on a ship of fools. 🙁

What the veterans who fought in world war II and witnessed the horrors of concentration camps would think of this.  Or what those still among the living do think of it.

@davidthegnome Takei, whose family was one of many forced to live in a Japanese-American internment camp during World War II, said the Trump administration has been doing one thing that even Roosevelt never tried.

“Because we, as children, were always together with our parents; we were never separated,” Takei said. “And our parents protected us from the reality that was surrounding us. What we have on the southern borders now is a grotesque new low. Children being torn away from their parents. Infants torn away, put in filthy, disgusting cages with human waste in it. I mean, children!”

“And to really underscore the evil in this, some of them are scattered to the far reaches of the United States from the southern border,” Takei continued. “Minnesota, Wisconsin, New Jersey. I mean, intentional cruelty. Evil. And when the courts order them to bring the children and the parents together, they are so incompetent that they can’t find the right child or the parents to put them together. It is an American tragedy and an American disgrace.”

      Why are we surprised?
