Any such agreement on Bernie’s part was premised on a reasonably fair primary.
Any semblance of a fair primary has been destroyed.
Once one side has materially breached their obligations, we don’t require the other side to keep performing.
Destruction is easy; creation is hard, but more interesting.

He never should have trusted them in the first place. EVER.
If Bernie runs third party, I’ll chew off my right arm.
He won’t. And that is infuriating because it’s his only option if he doesn’t want to go through this in all 50 states….because he will. They’re not stopping in Iowa. This was the launch pad of their election fraud plan. And no one will pay for it.

I concur.

I wish he would run third party. He wont though, he has promised and pledged repeatedly not to. Even when the DNC lies and cheats- Bernie keeps his word.
I also think this is only the beginning. It took them one caucus, one state, one day to fuck everything up so bad that no results will be fully trusted at this point.

Again, Bernie continuing to honor his agreement not to run 3rd party would be like contractors continuing to do work for Trump after he’s stiffed them.
I don’t know what Bernie will do, but Iowa materially changes the picture.

I will vote for Bernie in the primary. If he does not get the nomination, this will be the last Democratic Primary I will ever participate in in my life. I’m 63 years old.

Scenarios:
The DNC announces “this is the end of caucuses” Bernie accepts a non overwhelming victory and goes on to lose the nomination, having received only 60% of the votes. Trump wins.
MayorCheat falls on his sword and one or two other Brown Knights (Prince Charmin) after him. The Democrats run a quisling Dem. Trump wins.
The response is terrifying. Bernie is allowed to be nominated. The Dems sabotage him. Trump wins.
Bernie says “to Hell with you crooks” and declares an independent campaign He wins, but is impeached or assassinated within a month. Hillary sits in her sedan char and orders her 6 generals to carry her to Washington, but the generals are actualy orderlies who lead her back to the institution.

And as far as I’m concerned this includes Tulsi too. Fuck this rotten party.

I’m happy Bernie is doing well but sad that Tulsi was cheated multiple times. First by Google shutting down her ad account when she was the most searched candidate during a debate and the McCarthy smears which didn’t help at all. If she wasn’t a public figure she would have a good case. I wonder how her lawsuit with Google is going?
Not to mention bending the rules in favor of Bloomberg.

Promise Not to Run as 3rd Party … per the actual contract candidates have to sign with the DNC.
I am not a lawyer, but afaik, in many cases if the party of the first part doesn’t live up to their end of a contract, then depending on what’s involved, the party of the second part no longer is obligated to discharge the relevant responsibility.
If I have to deliver to your warehouse, every day at 7:00 AM, then your warehouse can’t have been declared an EPA disaster site, and blocked off by emergency responders. You’d not be able to sue for a failed delivery.
And the DNC is an EPA disaster site, loaded with toxic waste, and radioactive people. And visa versa as well.

I’m not a lawyer either; but agreed, that’s my understanding.

There were no consequences for the 2016 cheating; why should the DNC change…..

I don’t want him to run third party because it would confirm one of many talking points used against Bernie and I’m worried about Bloomberg jumping in the race if he loses the primary.
I hear what you’re saying regarding cheating and the way they are handling the vote in Iowa is suspicious.
