FOX ranked the impact of deaths and assaults on black men on the stock market. No, really. They did that.

The state of the stock market is literally the sole measure by which Trump judges the success of his presidency. And he watches Fox News avidly.

Very selective on their part. There have been so many murdered and they pick four.

How many black and brown male voters can we afford to lose and still beat trump? Sure most are angry with the police ;but they can be angry with self righteous middle class democrats telling them they will be killing people if they go back to work and open things up. Telling black and brown men don’t go back to work it will kill people and help defeat trump. In most states republican dominated legislatures make unemployment eligibility so onerous a large minority of workers don’t even qualify for the $600 a week unemployment insurance. Poor and minorities are the least likely to qualify. Black and brown male voters who don’t live in the north east like NY or west coast have a much harder time with much less of a social safety net. Telling them to live off a food box from a food bank is why trump is rising in the polls among black and brown male voters. Trump won last time when getting only 8% of black vote. While rasmussen poll is suspicious other show trump increasing among black and brown male voters. How many can we afford to lose? We have to stop telling the working class we know better then them even though we think we do!

I think it’s a question worth examining. If it turns out to be real (as in, money managers are subconsciously letting high profile tragedy influence their buying and selling), the first ones to correct it will get a leg up on the competition.
To add another anecdote to the list, the S&P 500 went down the week after OJ was acquitted. In the middle of an upward trend.
