Is the Empire running out of Lies?

Hitler 1944: Kiev is to be held to the last man.
Biden 2022: Kiev is to be held to the last Ukrainian.

Sadly, I don’t think The Empire really cares if the truth is shown.

likely from the Duran but one that I hadn’t heard before…essentially that Zelensky and staff’s background is all in theatrics and that’s really all they have and consequently the only ‘war’ (or component thereof) that they can and are winning is the ‘information’ war.

It takes all the technical proficiency our system can provide to make up for the woeful lack of popular support and political savvy of most of the regimes that the West has thus far sought to prop up.........Bernard Fall

Does it end with Lugansk, Donetsk and Kherson Oblasts, or does it move west?

I don’t think the US and the UK will permit it to stop, sadly.

If they gain those, and Odessa, then for Ukraine’s military to threaten Russia, or its allies, again strategically would involve the West bankrolling nearly all of that military’s rebuilding, and maintenance. And even if the West was willing to foot that never ending bill, control of Odessa would mean Russia could exact vast economic damage on Ukraine if Russia felt threatened.

By key industrial areas I’m referring to the ones that Ukraine has been using to manufacture weapons, and dual purpose stuff like trucks, helicopters, ambulances, and so on.

And if some of Ukraine’s key factories for supplying their military are too far to the West to think of occupying, then Russia would want them to be leveled.

The above might not be attainable as long as Ukraine can keep throwing new recruits at Russia, along with replacement artillery and missile launchers, and air defense systems. If Ukraine can’t replace its losses, then their front lines will likely collapse imo, or their forces will have to withdraw and give up substantial territory, which would make for a humiliating defeat for Zelinskyy’s persona. At which point compelling new recruits to actually fight at the front lines would get much tougher, and dodging the draft and desertions would likely rise as well. Once that became well known, Der Untergang time would be near for Zelenskyy.

but in reality attacking Russia – with nuclear weapons or something like that.  Looks to me like Biden/MIC/US foreign policy assholes have no intention of  “losing face”.  No matter what the cost.  Or perpetrate some truly horrendous false flags that would ensure NATO attacks.

When Antony Blinken appears before the cameras, it is like a zombie movie ghoul, with two eyes looking out of a decaying, rotted corpse face.  They have nothing that the rest of the world wants to hear, so that is why 85% of the world is turning to Lavrov and Wang Yi for diplomatic overtures.  Only the trained seals of South Korea, Japan and Western Europe still perform for the rotted fish that the U. S. dangles in front of their noses.

But the people of the captive countries are the ones that are suffering under the ridiculous sanctions, and they are not going to take it much longer.  As the long, hot summer gives way to a winter that they are woefully unprepared for, turmoil is going to be causing regime change for the people that egged on the Ukraine conflict, culminating with a stunning loss for the Democrats in November.  Perhaps the US military, seeing how worthless their equipment is in actual conflict, will refuse to cross the nuclear threshold, especially the ones who are paying attention to the hypersonic capability of the Russians.  Once Lloyd Austin realizes that he is a walking target for a Kinzhal missile, he will take a different tack.

I worry about the US flailing about for a win – any win, any way – in order to shore up their crumbling facade.  Especially since civilian deaths are nothing more to them, as Madelyn Albright said, than a means to reach their objectives. And since evidently public opinion in the US means nothing to them.

It’s suicide. MAD still works for them, whether the Ivy League idiots in the White House and the foreign policy think tanks still believe in it or not.

Freedom Fries (dipped in whatever is affordable as we adjust to the loss of Ukraine’s and Russia’s vegetable oil) cooked over Green Coal, mmm, mmm, mmm, that sounds tasty!
