    FULL TRANSCRIPT OF RT INTERVIEW WITH SKRIPAL CASE SUSPECTS PETROV & BOSHIROV

    TRANSCRIPT:

    Interview by RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan:

    <big snip>

    MS: What makes it [Salisbury] so wonderful?

    RB: It’s a tourist city. They have a famous cathedral there, Salisbury Cathedral. It’s famous throughout Europe and, in fact, throughout the world, I think. It’s famous for its 123-meter spire. It’s famous for its clock. It’s the oldest working clock in the world.

    MS: So, you traveled to Salisbury to see the clock?

    AP: No, initially we planned to go to London and have some fun there. This time, it wasn’t a business trip. Our plan was to spend some time in London and then to visit Salisbury. Of course, we wanted to do it all in one day. But when we got there, even our plane could not land on the first approach. That’s because of all the havoc they had with transport in the UK on March 2 and 3. Because of heavy snowfall, nearly all the cities were paralyzed. We were unable to go anywhere.

    RB:  It was in all the news. Railroads did not work on March 2 and 3. Highways were closed. Police cars and ambulances blocked off highways. There was no traffic at all – no trains, nothing. Why is it that nobody talks about any of this?

    MS: Alright. You went for a walk for 30 minutes, you got wet. What next?

    AP: We traveled there to see Stonehenge, Old Sarum, and the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary. But it didn’t work out because of the slush. The whole city was covered with slush. We got wet, so we went back to the train station and took the first train to go back. We spent about 40 minutes in a coffee shop at the train station.

    RB: [We sat there drinking hot coffee because we were soaked.]

    AP:  [We were there for maybe a bit over one hour. We had to wait because the trains were slowed down because of the snow.  Then we went back to London to continue our trip.]

    1. British Allegations on Skripal Case are Crumbling

    BRITISH ALLEGATIONS ON SKRIPAL CASE ARE CRUMBLING AS RT RELEASES INTERVIEW WITH PETROV AND BOSHIROV, 09/13/2018
    <SNIP>

    On September 6, The Daily Mirror reported citing sources in Police and MI5 that the Novichok nerve agent was smuggled into Britain’s Russian embassy in a diplomatic bag.

    “And assassins Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Bohirov were probably handed it by a staff member at a prearranged drop off point near their East London hotel or a swift hand to hand exchange before they set off on their mission,” the article added meaning that somebody from the embasssy staff was also involved.

    On September 8, The Daily Mirror claimed citing intelligence sources that Petrov and Boshrov were a part of the crew of six – the assassination squad known as The Cleaners. On September 9, The Daily Express reported also citing intelligence sources that Petrov and Boshrov were identified that thanks to a recently-turned Russian spy. <snip>

    Comparing to what the British side says about the Salisbury case, it seems that one of the biggest special services around the world acted like a second-rate business man asking gangsters to assassinate his business rival. British authorities released photos of two persons, who move together under cameras across the UK, carry out the murder attempt and openly leave the country. Furthermore, they use a complicated weapon – the Novichok nerve agent, which was allegedly smuggled to the US via diplomatic channels.

    2. this transcript is not complete

    they have published it in full now at RT:

    https://www.rt.com/news/438356-rt-petrov-boshirov-full-interview/

    The four-hour flight from Moscow to London may have been less than 200 dollars, the cheap hotel they were staying is about 50 per day, with the train tickets and some meals they may have paid less than 400 each for a weekend in the great city of London, plus a short trip to Stonehenge and the old, impressive cathedral. I think that’s a bargain! Makes me consider taking such a weekend trip myself in the not too distant future.

    3. They had at least one cell phone. If the UK govt cooperates

    Their exact locations should be easy to reconstruct and can be released.  If the location data isn’t produced by Monday, this whole charade is over.

      4. I

      agree. And if they were some sort of international assassin’s why would they offer up this information that they have a cell phone + photo’s of their trip and locations with them in them? Or call out all those who were at those locations taking picture’s to come forward showing they were there. Esp. these day’s with photo’s auto dating/timing and location stamping.

      On a side note. This interviewer was the worst! Hopefully they will continue interviews with someone who can ask point blank questions and offer some sort of help for these guy’s. The Interviewer didn’t seem to understand what these two were asking or needing. And asked some stupid questions. Bringing up the possibility they might be lovers! Who care’s! You have a limited time to interview and she wasted time asking some Hollywood access type question’s. Felt very sorry for these guy’s.
