Former President George W. Bush warned of an “aggressive” Iran and said the Arab world must decide on peace with Israel to solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

During a Wednesday interview with Fox News, Bush said that what “you’re seeing playing out is Iranian influence targeted toward Israel,” and that he believes “the best approach with regard to Iran is to understand that their influence is dangerous for world peace, that they are very much involved with extremist movements in Lebanon and Syria and Yemen, and they are aiming to spread their influence.”

Any U.S. deals made with Iran, according to Bush, should focus on its nuclear capabilities as well as “its influence in the Middle East,” and should keep in mind “the dangers of an aggressive Iran to our allies and to stability.”

Bush said Iran is trying to break up alliances made in the 2020 Abraham Accords with Israel and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) under then-President Donald Trump‘s administration, which called it a “historic peace agreement.”

You mean the 2020 Kushner Accord where UAE sold out Palestine for a mess of money doncha George?  Go home and play with your paintbox, murderer.

      “Alliance” my ass.  Just bribery.

“The reason, they and others say, is that the Abraham Accords weren’t struck to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. They were designed, well, to help Israel normalize relations with Arab nations.

The plight of the Palestinians was an afterthought, if even that. Along with the US, “the Abraham Accords gave Israel the impression they could proceed without anything significant with the Palestinians,” Hellyer said.

And that was a problem, because instead of trying to strike some sort of deal with the Palestinians, the Israelis realized they could push for whatever they wanted with America’s full support. In effect, the Abraham Accords emboldened the Israelis while allowing them to disregard Palestinian demands or rights.

That, simply put, doesn’t resolve a conflict. It fuels it.”

How ’bout Israel doing something about being less aggressive to it’s neighbors. I’m thinking that would go a long way for peace in the Middle East. Ya think?

The only reason the UN created country of “Israel” exists is because your grandpa funded Hitler. And the only reason “Israel” is currently ruled by a bunch of Russian assholes is because your great grandpa sold Remington rifles to Nick Lenin & his pals, which eventually led to Stalin being in power…. who wasn’t really a friend to the Russian Jews.

And of course, your own brainless embrace of the PNAC agenda, which destabilized the entire Middle East…. not that it was ever all that stable to begin with, but that’s beside the point.

So thanks again Chimpy, to you and your fucking multi-generational family of treasonous criminal thugs for creating this situation on damn near every level.

What the fuck is this war criminal Bush talking about, it was P.M. Netanyahu who started this current event to keep himself in power. It is that simple.

Just posted a history video from 1910 to 1948 about the Middle East, the usual suspects of Britain, France and the U.S.A. who created this mess, not Iran.

Iran was a victim of Britain’s double-dealing and imperial rule over other nations.

You can find the video on this site in Foreign Affairs.

As long as Israel is busy ethnically cleansing “defending itself against” Palestinians, he gets to stay in charge of the Israeli government.

Whatever happened to this regime change thing we had going there for awhile? Doesn’t Israel need a regime change to insure regional stability? Why not go to war with that government? I’m sure the ratings for the news networks would go through the roof!

          2006 Palestinian legislative election

In the run up to the election a Fatah leader in Nablus accused the Third Way of receiving funds from the CIA.[18]

Vanity Fair has obtained confidential documents, since corroborated by sources in the U.S. and Palestine, which lay bare a covert initiative, approved by Bush and implemented by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Deputy National Security Adviser Elliott Abrams, to provoke a Palestinian civil war. The plan was for forces led by Dahlan, and armed with new weapons supplied at America’s behest, to give Fatah the muscle it needed to remove the democratically elected Hamas-led government from power. (The State Department declined to comment.)

In 2016 a 2006 audio tape emerged that contains an interview by Eli Chomsky of the Jewish Press with Hillary Clinton. Clinton opined that pushing for elections “in the Palestinian territories … was a big mistake”, adding “(a)nd if we were going to push for an election, then we should have made sure that we did something to determine who was going to win.”[66]

Is beyond me. Ignorant, arrogant blood-soaked war criminal. He should be in jail along with Cheney and the rest of them.

The only hope I have at all is most young people and many of the rest of America are starting to see what an utter lie we live under. We Have lived it all our lives from our 1st thanks giving on. America is great we can take peoples land rape and kill, use biological weapons, nukes, chemical weapons and always we can blame it on someone else. Trump, to his unknown credit, helped many understand how bad our government is. How they care about as much for us as Israel cares about Palestinians.  I just got back from seeing my sister the long time Bidden employee,  an shock of shocks we are almost in total agreement. The only leap she has yet to take is she still thinks the Ds are slightly better.
