I used to read a TON of sci fi….. And a lot of it dealt with situations like we’re in now, and the aftermath.

Or should I just post it here in the reading room? Not looking to overload anybody. I will abide by your wishes. Thanks.

I read it years ago. It’s still on my bookshelf. Very interesting.

I’m not against it, but how SciFi is consumed (printed, or other media that I choose, which is television/movies) should determine whether it gets posted…. Funny, but I don’t read it anymore. However, consumption of my cable channel is best expressed with those shows.

What say you other mods and admins?

I’ll even forget what NAVY stands for–Never Again Volunteer Yourself–and be a group admin. @deadpool @sffh

Would include Fiction/Nonfiction (including SF).  Great SF movies would still be covered in ‘Movies, Television, Streaming’.

But I’m also cool with a separate SF Group.

Like MMM my SF is mostly through TV or movies these days so I would like to see a single SF group rather than splitting the interest between good reads and movies.

I’m specifically talking about books, but there are many great sci fi movies, of course. Being an ‘older’ person (FUCK I hate that), I read a lot of sci fi in the 60s and 70s that really seems appropriate to today’s situation and would love to share. Some of you younguns might not be hip to some of these titles. Of course I could be wrong about that…but still, ‘it’s nice to share’.

See, if there was a sci fi forum it could include movies, tv, books, soundtracks, all of the above.

      Here’s the url: https://jackpineradicals.com/boards/forum/jackpine-radical-rooms/jpr-reading-room/sci-fi/

It’s placed in the same area as the other reading rooms.

And others will too, I assume. Righteous.
