I always thought Minnesota was known for loons, but here comes Ohio!

Ohio legislators (aka loons) are looking at overriding the governor’s veto on three or four bills. I see where the gun thing and the abortion thing would attract the usual right wing looniness, but the surprise is that the most fervor seems to be to override a veto of a bill wherein legislators gave themselves a pay raise. They were so cowardly about it that they snuck it in as a rider to a bill involving compensation for law enforcement officers killed or injured on duty. It seems their umbrage and outrage are really stimulated by the thought of making ends meet on their meager salaries.

But Ohio has really ramped up the looniness since the election of Trump.

I would like to remind you that U.S. health insurance companies do not contribute anything to health care. They are only a PARASITIC middle man receiving an undeserved cut of "FREE MONEY".

drawing down big bucks from their own businesses, most of them.

It doesn’t like the votes are there to override any of Kasich’s vetoes, though.
