as well as ambitious she would over-rule the Parlimentarian for budget reconciliation of a $15 hour minimum wage.

It would be a positive sign for voters to remember she did something for them in 2024 – not to mention putting Biden in a very uncomfortable position.

But then, I suspect she’s expecting to be President long before that without having to campaign.

making a pathetic showing in the rigged primaries.  I sincerely doubt Harris cares what the voters think, anyway – why would the Vichy Dems start now?  IMO, and, it seems, obviously, the next four years will be spent bleating TRUMP!!!!!! as a diversion from what the Vichy Dems are doing/not doing.  Looks to me like the Democratic Party and their vote for the blue shills are, again, going to give Trump more mentions and more publicity than the $MSM or the GOP, because that way they don’t even have to bother with issues and records.

Third Party or write-in for me, in 2024 and 2022.  Let those who believe the Vichy Dem bullshit vote for them.

Everything I post is just my opinion, and, honestly, I would love to be wrong.

Under Roberts Rules of Order, a parlimentarian advises the chair, but has no authority to decide anything. The US Senate may be different, of course, since it’s the World’s Greatest Dead Body.

There’s also nothing about a “Senate Majority Leader” though that’s long been the “accepted” power in the Senate… even when that power is horribly abused as it was by Yertle McTurtle. The power is actually supposed to be in the hands of the Vice President, so yeah Scamala Harris needs to literally do her job at this point.

And then there’s Bernie. As the chairman of the Budget Committee, he’s the one who decides what goes in that bill. And considering how the $15 minimum wage was part of every campaign speech he ever gave, it’s unthinkable that he would pull the plug on that when he’s now in a position to actually do something about it. TYT was all over this yesterday….

She and Lyin’ Biden lied. That’s it. Nothing complicated at all. Democrats aren’t stupid or weak, but they are duplicitous. Anyone who believes otherwise is a sucker and PT Barnum is laughing at them.

And that she’ll be a rising star in the party anyway, and can coast on idpol (e.g. why are you singling out a woman of color for criticism? The first african american vp, the first south asian american vp, the first woman vp, the first… It smacks of racism and sexism.).

      And she’s probably right.

Besides, it’s the party’s approval that she desires and will determine her fate. The public’s approval is a distant second, if it even matters at all.
