It’s to ‘replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris’: Trump reacts to Pelosi’s 25th amendment commission with claim of a hidden plot

I am not cynical enough – this one hadn’t occurred to me.
Reported at https://on.rt.com/as6j .
Soon after Rep. Nancy Pelosi introduced a commission that would allow Congress to remove a mentally unfit president, Donald Trump tweeted a claim its ulterior motive is to replace Democratic candidate Joe Biden with Kamala Harris.
“This is not about President Trump,” Speaker of the House Pelosi said when announcing the legislation on Friday. “He will face the judgment of the voters. But he shows the need for us to create a process for future presidents.”
Some, however, were not convinced the commission is meant as just an additional safety mechanism in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. Pelosi’s assurance the legislation wasn’t about Trump has quickly sparked a theory that such a commission could be used to replace 77-year-old Joe Biden – whose own mental stability has been steadily questioned – should he win the election next month.
“Crazy Nancy Pelosi is looking at the 25th Amendment in order to replace Joe Biden with Kamala Harris. The Dems want that to happen fast because Sleepy Joe is out of it!!!” Trump wrote.

I’m pretty sure he’ll bow out on his own after a time. No-one will need the 25th. Some, however, are too stupid/stubborn/egotistical enough to realize it’s retirement time.
Go golfing donnie boy. Do the world a favor. Just one little favor.

It all makes sense. The Vichy Dems never want to be in a position where they are unable to dictate who can be president. It is all part of their “meritocracy” culture in that only those anointed as technocrats are allowed to rule the rest of us. Just one more reason this citizen and voter will never again support a Vichy Dem.

I’m sure Joe will bow out on his own when he’s told to by Obama and Hillary. This 25th Amendment shit is just posturing by Pelosi, and Trump’s desperately trying to suppress some votes, or stir up some more racist one because Skamala is allegedly Black.

Pelosi doesn’t plan that far ahead.
Biden will leave at some point in his first term.
KH was chosen for us, but she will have, lets call it, a “contestious” presidency.
And DT is even more unhinged each passing day as he sees his reign ending.
Once again, pardon spelling, I’m out and about rushing through this.

He’s ignoring how the Twenty-Fifth Amendment works. With or without this bill, Biden couldn’t be removed against his will without the concurrence of two-thirds of each house of Congress. Of course, it’s not Trump’s style to allow the Constitution to interfere with his self-promotion. I set out all the details, including verbatim quotation of the relevant provisions of the Constitution (what a concept), in this post: link

Of course, when he writes that great fiction novel, he can cast himself as the hero who gets all of the attention.

Why not wait ’til after the election, since Trump might lose? Unless you want to make sure you can replace either one.
Of course, we probably need a similar commission w.r.t. the Speaker. 😉

To be blunt about it someone with advanced Alzheimer’s – Biden, ca. late January, 2023 – is more likely to order mass shootings than to quietly step aside like he’d agreed to when they stole the primary for him.

And afaik Harris doesn’t really have a “wing” or a faction, or even a clique, among the establishment.
Biden’s people are the Obama wing, and Harris is under their thumb. If she got out of line then a lot of her personal history and record as a prosecutor and Attorney General in California would suddenly become fair game, and leaked to the media, to get her back in line.
Everything that compelled her to drop out of the Democratic primary, with zero delegates, was seen as an asset by Biden’s handlers, who needed a very controllable backup to their puppet, as he was losing his stuffing and wasn’t expected to last. Someone like Klobuchar or Warren would have had their own people, and would have taken control had they become President due to Biden needing to be retired from office.
