“…..Joe Biden on marijuana legalization – “There is not nearly been enough evidence…as to whether or not it is a gateway drug,” he said last night, “It’s a debate.” Biden said states should decide on legalization & that he supports medical marijuana…..”

He has been heavily invested on the War On Drugs. No reason to expect he will change his mind now.

He’s ‘older’ than Bernie will ever be in terms of his positions, beliefs, mores and principles.

His head will forever live in the 80s when he thought he was on his way to stardom.

I wonder if his son’s troubles with drugs don’t play into it somehow too.

I just really hope he is not the nominee or Bloomberg.

Bloomberg would be even worse. He thinks a 20 0z bottle of soda is a “gateway drug”.

I didn't refuse to vote for Hillary Clinton because any goddamned Russian told me to. I refused to vote for her because she is a warmongering, election stealing, Goldman Sachs fellating, Republican WHORE. No offense to sex workers.

    Meanwhile:

A used crack pipe, two DC driver’s licenses, multiple credit cards, a Delaware Attorney General badge and a US Secret Service business card belonging to Hunter Biden were found in a rental car returned to an Arizona Hertz location in the middle of the night.

Never arrested or questioned, never prosecuted. And they cover up the whole thing as long as possible.

Dunno which is worse, the blatant hypocrisy that again demonstrates “equality under the law” is a complete fucking joke, or the clear stupidity of leaving that much evidence in your rent car.

Slavery was the legal fiction that people can be property.
Corporatism is the legal fiction that property can be people.

The report does not place the suspect in the vehicle at any time that the alleged paraphernalia was present,” Savona wrote in the letter, which was sent to New Times by Paladini.

“The vehicle was returned by another and, although the suspect’s identification was present in the vehicle, there is no evidence to show that the suspect was present when the items were used … or had any personal connection to the items,” Savona’s letter continued. “There is little investigation regarding the person returning the vehicle or when the last time the suspect had access to the vehicle. I did confirm that there is no video of the return of the vehicle to the rental business.”

This is what I can find as to why he wasn’t charged. When it comes to paraphanelia cops have to make a connection like if they come across a pipe Biden had they will ask what do you use it for. If you answer honestly then they can give you the paraphanelia charge.

            I live in Arizona

            E. In determining whether an object is drug paraphernalia, a court or other authority shall consider, in addition to all other logically relevant factors, the following:

            1. Statements by an owner or by anyone in control of the object concerning its use.

            2. Prior convictions, if any, of an owner, or of anyone in control of the object, under any state or federal law relating to any drug.

            3. The proximity of the object, in time and space, to a direct violation of this chapter.

            4. The proximity of the object to drugs.

            5. The existence of any residue of drugs on the object.

            6. Direct or circumstantial evidence of the intent of an owner, or of anyone in control of the object, to deliver it to persons whom he knows, or should reasonably know, intend to use the object to facilitate a violation of this chapter.

            7. Instructions, oral or written, provided with the object concerning its use.

            8. Descriptive materials accompanying the object which explain or depict its use.

            9. National and local advertising concerning its use.

            10. The manner in which the object is displayed for sale.

            11. Whether the owner, or anyone in control of the object, is a legitimate supplier of like or related items to the community, such as a licensed distributor or dealer of tobacco products.

            12. Direct or circumstantial evidence of the ratio of sales of the object to the total sales of the business enterprise.

            13. The existence and scope of legitimate uses for the object in the community.

            14. Expert testimony concerning its use.

Then why is it Joe it’s illegal?

We should decriminalize weed until we know the truth!!

The problem with Biden as the Democratic nominee isn’t the age of his body. It’s how out of touch and out of date his policies and ideas are.
