On episode 12 of the show we are joined by Ray McGovern, a former Central Intelligence Agency officer and co-founder of Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS). He holds an M.A. in Russian Studies from Fordham University, a certificate in Theological Studies from Georgetown University, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program.

Chinese Saying (Cruse): May you live in interesting times. That sums up the current situation in international affairs. Ray McGovern presents history to the events of today the only way Ray McGovern can.

McGovern states, as of today, how can the U.S.A. be trusted with its past history. He also explains, the Russians and the Chinese are the closest now than they have been. This is because the U.S.A. threw out treaties and other under handed insults. McGovern also questions, who is running Washington, D.C.?

Note: For some unknown reason, the YouTube video is not showing up in the posting. The link does go to the correct video on the YouTube site.

is that it’s quieter now than it has been.

Obviously, don’t know what will happen – but that’s what we’re hearing from family and friends in Ukraine at the moment.

Maybe it’s just mud season, maybe it’s waiting for training from 300,000 or so new Russian military, maybe Ukraine has less Western weapons and money – but all of that is pure speculation, and no way to know as there isn’t much actual information coming out of Ukraine right now.
