Mitt Romney said everyone in the Senate is 'really nice' except for Bernie Sanders, who 'just kind of scowls'

Despite his differences with his fellow members of the Senate, Romney told the Atlantic that the group of lawmakers is generally friendly, except for Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont.
“People are really friendly, they’re really nice—except Bernie.”Though he picked him out as less than enthusiastic to get along,
“He’s a curmudgeon. It’s not that he’s mean or whatever; he just kind of scowls,” Romney said. “For Bernie, it seems like this is kind of who he is. It’s defining. It’s his entire person. For me, it’s part of who I am, but it’s not the whole person.”

Well you know, for most of them it’s a club, and screwing average people is on the agenda. Something that Romney has excelled at. So maybe it’s that Bernie knows his agenda all too well.
And in any event, I’ve heard good things from a couple of Republican congressmen and lack of ego with regards to Bernie so…
So I’d take this with a couple of grains of salt. Romney, I think is figuring tRumpy is going to be gone and he’ll be running for president.

But Mitt – I’d bet he doesn’t scowl at the ones who aren’t proven dipshits…

Well that’s it, I’m changing my vote.

To be fair to Mitt, the kind of clubs he used to belong to didn’t have people like Sanders. Brooklynites, I mean.

Good. I guess it would be better if he ate his salad with a comb and berated his staff all the time.

Well, As a whole person, I will be voting for Bernie. No matter who is on that ballot. Unless I think a vote for Green hurts the Dems more. Gee, ya think the DNC called in a favor here?

If he says this about the most honest politician in Washington, what does he think about Mitch McConnell?

It’s like he’s begging Jimmy Dore to call him again. 😉
