      More whining from the hillbots
The 2020 Primary’s Getting Ugly Even Before It Really Begins

Whining about Sirota’s articles on their loverly Beto, and then finishing up with “. Critiques of others’ policy proposals as falling short from a shared liberal presumption is fine. Attacking other candidates’ character and fitness for office is not.”

I don’t remember Sirota saying anything about Beto’s character. Just about his actions. And votes. But I guess actual information and truth about a neoliberal darling is always an ‘attack’…

And I love bacon. The Daily Beast assumes that all Democrats and progressives should be in this political fight against the Big Bad Republicans together, and anyone who disses someone they like is of course aiding and abetting The Enemy.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Progressives are about policies that help the majority of the American people,  not party loyalty. We realize that we live in an oligarchy, not a democracy, and demand that be changed. Anyone standing in the way, Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, whatever, we will oppose and yes, when possible, attack.

      Our posterity demands no less.

The lesser of two evils is still evil. Appearances mean nothing. Substance means everything.

Much of the gushing and fawning for Beto O’Rourke is coming from people who were big Hillary Clinton supporters. This makes no sense to me. They promoted Hillary’s long resume, her vast exprrience, her Most Qualified Ever status. Beto has none of this. He is so unlike Hillary it’s remarkable. I regard it as a complete lack of critical thinking when somebodyfalls completely in love with one candidate, then goes absolutely ga-ga for another candidate who is very unlike the first one.

Issue free.  Entirely “beat the GOP”.  Which is fairly ironic, since most of those they are told to support will happily work with the GOP.  Really, the whole political apparatus is corrupted and has nothing to do with issues any more.

They are remarkably similar in important ways. They are both propped up by an establishment that knows neither would roadblock their globalist agenda. More mergers, less regulation of multi-nationals, and one way or another getting some form of a TPP enabled.

And festoon all that corruption with whatever banners that will get the voters to see them as for the people.

tell them to do. They feel so smug and superior, too. But somehow, they never take responsibility for their oh-so-electable conservadems losing again and again, or politically hanging themselves if they do win.

It wasn’t as if any news outlets had publicized that fact before Bernie talked about it!  It was a total secret that her super PAC was receiving millions of dollars from Wall Street donations, since nobody could ever look at the record of those donations at the FEC or something!!  The Clinton Foundation coordination with the State Department to ensure donors could leverage their donations most effectively was also never spoken of before Bernie brought it up, it’s not as if Obama was concerned about the appearance of pay-to-play and had her sign an agreement to not take those donations (which she and Bill promptly ignored)!!!  And super-predators, well that’s sooo 1996 and it’s not as if Black Lives Matter protested her use of the term or anything!!!!

Why do Brock and the other sock puppets believe that Bernie is the one and only individual in the entire country who had the power to know about these things, and that Donald Trump could not have come up with the same Hillary rants on his own?

a lot of Hillary supporters claimed in 2016 that they would have backed Bernie if he were only the nominee, but now that they have their chance, they jump on the least experienced and qualified candidate out there, when it was experience and qualified were so important to them last time. They are just full of ships!

or the Orwellian script — yesterday we were at war with east asia, but today we’re at war with Eurasia.

Just like policies don’t matter, whatever serves the power at the top is whats on the menu.

You will eat it and like it, or at least profess to like it, cause that’s all you get.
