Democrats are worried their party unity is fraying five months out from the presidential election as several contested primaries pitting progressives against mainstream Democrats go down to the wire.

Some Democrats have begun pointing the finger at Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), saying he’s been consumed with down ballot elections at the expense of promoting Biden’s bid for the White House.

The Democrats, who are not affiliated with the Biden campaign, say Sanders needs to do more to make sure progressives fall in line behind Joe Biden in November.

While they concede Sanders has done more to help Biden than he did in the 2016 race for then-Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, they still say Sanders needs to use his influence with his supporters to ensure they turn out, as well as donate to Biden’s campaign.

This is so unbelievable. What more do they want? Even if he was 100% pushing Biden many progressives wouldn’t vote for Biden anyways.

No one has any enthusiasm for Dementia Joe. He’s boring, a right wing politician and demented. He has all the same issues Trump has. But during the part of the Dem primary we actually had, the “never Bernie” crowd were attack dogs against all things liberal. But now Bernie isn’t running and the enthusiasm has all leaked out.

Soooo, they have to continually bash Bernie to get some of that Biden enthusiasm back. I expect Biden will be running against Bernie even after the Dem convention. It riles up those right wing Dems. It’s the only enthusiasm they ever had.

Of course it’s a double edged sword. The more they bash Bernie, and his supporters, you know “Bernie Bros”, the more they ailienate that liberal base that use to be a reliable voting block. So, they are counting on the right wing Dems to pull it through for them.

Or it’s Shorty Putin propaganda to get Trump reelected. The CIA did spill out all…I mean all… their secrets this spring. No telling what else the wanabe Russian Tzar can get to go with all his palaces and concubines.

I’m a socialist. Bernie was the compromise because he’s a Social Democrat. His platform wasn’t liberal. JFK was a liberal. The first thing he did was lower taxes on the top 1% and make noises about social change but never do anything about it. And escalate a war. That’s liberalism for you.

This was inevitable, and y’all fucking right well know that.  Anyway – buck the fuck up!  I have been assured that the progressives who will not vote for Biden/Vichy Dem are just a tiny little cross-section of the small end of a log – so why all the whinging and whining – could it be that Biden was never meant to win anyway?  Y’all just need a scapegoat?

Here’s a free clue – getting people to vote against their interests, to vote for someone who is quite clear about NOT intending to do anything in voters’ best interests – will become more and more difficult, as voters get more and more informed about what y’all do, and have been proudly doing for years and years, and intend to do, to said voters.   Why not be honest, bite one of those bullets y’all carry in your pockets, hoping for the day you can use them, and advertise the Democratic Party as the Party of War and Austerity and Wall Street.  Because that is what you are, and lots and lots of progressives and young voters and new voters can fucking SEE that.

There never was any unity! Biden is a POS. Bernie can’t do anything to change that. These DNC Dems seem to think Bernie has the ability to brainwash his followers. If you want the votes of the Bernie Bros, nominate Bernie.

95% of Kentucky’s polling places have been closed, and untold numbers of voters who want to vote for Booker over the CIA Democrat will have not received absentee ballots. Just like what happened to me in Ohio last March. I couldn’t vote because they never mailed me the ballot. Democrats are all for voter suppression when it benefits their chosen candidates.

Yet they’re still crying about Bernie not doing enough to help Dementia Joe? Look at this shit from the article:

The Democrats, who are not affiliated with the Biden campaign, say Sanders needs to do more to make sure progressives fall in line behind Joe Biden in November.

I’ve got news for them. There’s nothing Sanders can do to make progressives fall in line behind Joe Biden in November. In fact, so many of us are so disgusted by Bernie’s shameful and cravenly capitulation to Biden that this might be a case of Biden being better off the less Bernie does for him. So much for the opinions of the worthless Democrat consulting class, may they face the specter of the guillotine.

It belongs to a plutocrat designated by the establishment. We have always been “meddlesome outsiders” to the ruling-class.

I got news—the Democratic Party is torn beyond repair. It’s rags and fragments, held together by people almost as  doddering and senile as Biden himself.

No fan of Trump here, but I hope Biden loses so the Democratic Party can be finished off more rapidly. It’s going the way of the Whigs and deserves to.

      It’s a set up.

It’s laying the groundwork for a bogus narrative to explain what happens if ByeDone loses.

“It’s Bernie’s fault. We warned you, but you didn’t listen.”

It galls me that although they complain that Bernie isn’t doing enough, they concede that he’s doing more for ByeDone than he did for Lady Klynton Kissinger-Sachs. You don’t have to be a logician to understand what this implies. If Bernie isn’t doing enough to help ByeDone but has done more to help him than he did to help Clinton, then clearly it was Bernie’s fault that Hillary lost.

      Gads.

Do they not realize that this sort of badgering, hectoring, lecturing language is going to drive away the uncommitted – and probably some of the “not Trump” voters as well? And it’s always the same – first the ‘we have to have your votes and your money’ followed by ‘we don’t really need to be concerned because the alternative is Trump, donchaknow.’

The beatings will continue until morale improves.  FU, DNC.

Or, karma.  I will NEVER vote for Joe Biden, no matter WHO he selects as VP, no matter HOW many lies he tells.  He voted for the Iraq War, doubled-down on his support even AFTER the reasons for going to war were found to be fraudulent, he sponsored the Bankruptcy Reform Act on behalf of his banking donors at a high cost to financially hurting Americans, and all this sexual harassment stuff as well.

      No.

And I will sleep well after Election Day knowing that no matter what happened, I did the right thing.  I voted my conscience.  It’s all now out of my hands, and I don’t care if they blame Bernie, me, the sun, the moon, the tides …  I’m doing what I can, and moving on with my life.

If you fucking idiots want to win in November, you had better DAMNED well hope that these upcoming primaries go the correct way. And of course, that is NOT for your corporatist useless candidates (McGrath, Engel, that Trump Tower dwelling Wall Street prostitute you’re running against AOC, etc)

Because Joe Biden will have ZERO coat tails for down ballot elections. On the other horn, if you actually have some decent candidates on the ballot in November, the people who show up to vote for them just might also check the box for Biden on the ballot as long as they are there. No guarantees, of course. But it’s a Hell of a lot more logical than the way you fools are trying to do it, which is alienating voters from the entire ballot.

My son was commenting on how the Bernie backers he knows have figured things out this time and have moved on without him. Not making the same mistake twice.

As for me, it’s hard to care about the opinions of pols that have done nothing but harm to me over the last 30-40 years.
