Michael, Jeff and Ozzie discuss YouTube’s censorship of “Planet of the Humans”.

The movie is still available on Vimeo – see below.

Grief requires us to know the time we're in. The great enemy of grief is hope. Hope is the four-letter word for people who are unwilling to know things for what they are.

Our time requires us to be hope-free. To burn through the false choice of being hopeful and hopeless. They are two sides of the same con job. Grief is required to proceed.

I was one of those who viewed it early on the internets and then tried to get other environmentalists to see it. I’ll share this.

Hell, no... I'm not giving up...

I thought the movie made the point that the environmental movement offers false promises and betrays environmentalists. That’s at least partly true, but is that the whole point of the movie? The conclusion I reached was that we can’t solar panel and windmill our way out of the crisis, as Moore says in one of the follow-up videos. There’s a point worth making, but it gets lost in the argument about whether or not the Sierra Club is in bed with Big Energy.

Hassle at there is no argument about sierra club, or many of the other big greens, what he did to bill Mckibbons And 350 is a different matter. And some of the inaccuracies, but many points they made are valid.
