Oct 24 (Reuters) – Russian military Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov and the chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley spoke by phone on Monday and discussed the possibility raised by Moscow that Ukraine might use a “dirty bomb”, RIA news agency reported.

The call took place shortly after a similar conversation between Gerasimov and his British counterpart.

The foreign ministers of France, Britain and the United States said earlier they all rejected “Russia’s transparently false allegations”. Ukraine said the Russian accusation was a sign that Moscow was planning such an attack itself and would blame Kyiv.

Those are against the Geneva Convention, but a US that has never signed the Cluster Bomb Convention – Hillary LOVES cluster bombs, IMO – is not bothered by their use in civilian areas.  Honestly, there is nothing Zelensky will not do to civilians, and, honestly, this is the US/UK/EU/NATO giving agreement and aid to yet another genocide.

Russia has compelled the United States to stay in communication at the highest levels regarding false flags. It won’t come from a dirty bomb, and maybe now it won’t come at all, and Ukraine now knows that the Russia has a direct active line to the ear of the Unite States if it tries anything.

And maybe with this the United States just signaled to Ukraine that they aren’t predisposed to accept any nasty surprises coming from them.

Well, I can hope. Most likely the shot callers in the United States will play things by ear.

Maybe the US is only for “small-scale” civilian attacks.

Of course, that still makes me sad, but the US hasn’t yet sent long-distance weapons to Ukraine.

Maybe it needs another week before the election, for those who can’t do early voting . . .

And I wish I wasn’t serious about that last sentence.

There was a Russian report that the UK was involved in this plot, and that may have been the reason Ben Wallace made a rush visit to the US. Maybe, but the West will never disclose what it knows.

Now that the issue is out there, it will be less likely that the plot will proceed. I certainly hope so.
