Saudi Prince Sees Trump as 'True Friend' to Muslims (Full Text)

    * Uh huh.

    Bloomberg News
    March 14, 2017, 9:01 PM EDT

A senior adviser to the Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman gave the following statement on the meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump:

The meeting between Prince Mohammad bin Salman and President Trump was a huge success, marking a historic turning point in bilateral relation of the two countries.

Relations had undergone a period of difference of opinion. However, today’s meeting has put things on the right track, and marked a significant shift in relations, across all political, military, security and economic fields. All of this is due to President Trump’s great understanding of the importance of relations between the two countries and his clear sight of problems in the region.

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman discussed with President Trump the issue of banning some citizens from six countries from entering the United States of America and that His Excellency is closely monitoring this matter from the beginning. Saudi Arabia does not believe that this measure is targeting Muslim countries or the religion of Islam. This measure is a sovereign decision aimed at preventing terrorists from entering the United States of America. President Trump expressed his deep respect for the Religion of Islam, considering it one of the divine religions that came with great human principles kidnapped by radical groups.

At the same time, Prince Mohammed Bin Salman emphasized that information from Saudi Arabia confirms indeed the existence of a plot against the United States of America that has been planned in those countries in secret by those groups that took advantage of what they assume a security weakness to conduct operations against the United States of America. His Excellency expressed his understanding and support for this vital and urgent precaution measure to protect the United States of America from expected terrorist operations.

    4. Wow, this comes across as scripted by the Trump people! What excessive puffing.

The little prince is also given to making pouty faces like Trump.

    6. I'm guessing here, that no actual communication occurred.

Trump said what he wanted to say, and the boy King said what he wanted to say, and neither heard a thing but their own voice, and both left happy.

It ain't the things you don't know that hurts you, it's the things you know that ain't so.

    8. "Bloomberg News" reporting has hit a bottom in this article….

Whole article reads like it was written by the Saudi Information Advisor and not a US Bloomberg reporter:

Just one example from the article:

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman expressed, after the meeting, his satisfaction with the positive attitude and clarifications he heard from President Trump about his stance on Islam, which runs against what the media promoted about the President, stressing that his Excellency President Trump has an unprecedented and serious intention to work with the Muslim World and to achieve its interests and that Prince Mohammed considers his Excellency as a true friend of Muslims who will serve the Muslim World in an unimaginable manner, opposite to the negative portrait of his Excellency that some have tried to promote whether through publishing unjust statements that are taken out of their context or by means of unrealistic media commentaries and analyses about his Excellency.

After this historic meeting today, the cooperation between the two countries will be in its upmost level. He added that a lot of positive news and details will be announced within the coming period.

        10. …..!

Back Attcha!  Not a way to start the day with more Trump Farce but important to know the Saudi’s are writing favorable propaganda articles for Bloomberg. I hate to think how much lower our MSM can go– but then Bloomberg is all about MONEY, MONEY just like the rest of them, but usually with a bit more credibility.  Accepting the Saudi Statement was the best they could do, or maybe they were denied access to anything else. :D

        :fistbump:

          11. Sometimes I feel like that kid from The Sixth Sense movie…I see corrupt people

Walking around like regular people. They don’t see each other. They only see what they want to see. They don’t know they’re corrupt.

( My substitute word for dead. ha ha )

      12. It sounds dictated.

As in dictators dictate what to say.

It ain't the things you don't know that hurts you, it's the things you know that ain't so.
