Good to see that at least one Republican Senator has common sense.

Ooooh…she’s disturbed. OK, centrist Dems, time to start for Murkowski to vote to convict Trump in the Senate, just like she voted against Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court just like you thought a good moderate Republican should. Oh wait…

Well, she did vote against Kavanaugh, but at that point it was clear her vote would have no impact on the results.
If any Republicans break with McConnell, it will probably be under the same circumstances. Trump will not be convicted, of that we can be sure.

Political party rubber stamps be damned! Especially with this current impeachment case.
GOP Senator ‘Disturbed’ By McConnell Coordinating With Trump Staff On Impeachment

“If it means that I am viewed as one who looks openly and critically at every issue in front of me, rather than acting as a rubber stamp for my party or my president, I’m totally good with that,” she said.

She isn’t. Most of the voters up here are independents so she’s playing both sides. Her record is straight up voting for Trump. She does this because she wants to con everyone. She’s not conflicted at all

As a former Alaskan, I would shed no tears if everyone in the Murkowski dynasty died in a moose explosion. Fuck ’em.
And y’know, I’m increasingly disgusted by how excited Democrats get over “rogue” Republicans. There’s this weird obsession this yearning desire to prove something, as if Democrats have this primal, thigh-drenching NEED to believe there are “good republicans.” Christ.

Lol. Okay, I’m a Mainer, so I know what moose are – but what is a moose explosion?
