Seth Rich murdered? Does any of this make sense?

If you follow Claudia Kash on Facebook, who  is considered a Bernie activist, here is what she recently posted. First in her remarks today, she lays out this theory that there were, (in  some cities and states), two separate polling places. One site was for the average voter, the other set was for those who stayed informed by going to the Hillary Clinton.com official site.

(I know that was  not at all happening here in Lake County, Calif. “They” would have to leave us alone – we are so tiny that any major variance to the way things work would easily be picked up on by the public.)

    Then Claudia Kash  states:

Seth Rich, who was responsible for the app that helped voters find their polling places, did not realize that there were two sets of polling places until he himself went to vote. He lived in Washington DC, which voted at the end of the primary season, a week after Clinton had already been declared the winner.

I believe he discovered it then, and had started asking questions about why the polling places on Hillary’s website didn’t match the ones on the DC website.

But even if he didn’t say a word to anybody, it would have been dangerous to let him live. He would have figured it out sooner or later — and he would have reported it when he did.

    #####

If you have the time to friend Claudia Kash on Facebook, and read her full entry, please let me know what you think. Pls NOTE: I am especially interested in anyone out there who may have noticed the “two sets of  polling places” situation…

And here is a less controversial internet posting re: Seth Rich.

    http://www.inquisitr.com/3284014/seth-rich-young-dnc-staffer-who-was-murdered-in-d-c-was-voter-expansion-data-director-progressive-and-voters-rights-advocate/

I had no idea Seth was such an activist. We all lost a bright star when his life was ended, regardless of who took it away from him.

It was most likely a contract killing. Of course they’ll pin on some poor person that had nothing to do with it.

      4. Possible theory

The DNC emails were actually leaked from the inside to a third party.

If they suspected Rich, they may have killed him.

Who? No, not the Clintons. But perhaps someone in the,DNC who

knew it was him named him as the leak to people who would not be happy with a Trump win, say, a government official in a NATO country.

You can figure the rest out.

      14. What Claudia Kash reported on Facebook is exactly what was reported

at the time of Seth Rich’s murder.  I remember distinctly reading it thoroughly trying to imagine how he felt when he discovered the two sets of polling places.  He was actually going to vote when he did discover this.  But I also believe as was said at the time by people who knew him — he really wanted to make a difference.  His discovery of the additional polling places, as well as the reports of his contacts with WikiLeaks and the eventual transfer of copies of Clinton’s emails, reflect the character of a person who was willing to step out and share what he knew to do just that — make a difference.

            21. Exactly.

Robbers want your stuff, murder isn’t their prime motivation. If it was a robbery gone awry, they still would have grabbed his valubles before fleeing.

              Profile photo of fluff

              24. Prime motive could have easily gone from "stuff" to "escape" after the shooting.

Wanting to get the hell out of there as fast as possible they aren’t going to waste time rummaging through his clothes searching for cash.

Though I would go with #1 cause of murder in the United States:  an argument.  Ran into someone having a bad day, words were exchanged, other guy lost his temper, pulled out a gun and shot him.

That is what makes “to bear” such a wrong move for cities.  Cities are too crowded with too many opportunities for someone to lose their temper.  Chicago is so crowded, for instance, that just about every week one of those people killed in Chicago are sitting in their house when a stray bullet flies through a window or even the wall.  Shooter might have been shooting at a rat for all we know.  City cops are reluctant to fire their weapons for that reason.

            31. I was just wondering about camera shots of what happened

Greatly appreciate any information you have – like do you know who stated there was a camera on three people, one being Seth and then the others being the two perps?

I know it has been almost ten months since it happened, but even a remembrance of a possibility to track down would be of interest.

          22. It means that Seth didn't simply do what the robbers demanded, things went

south, Rich ended up shot, and the would-be robbers fled without any stolen property.  There is no reason to suppose that once shots are fired, the robbers will still make the effort to get a wallet.  Shots can be heard.  Fear of being caught might have been the driving motivation once they shoot someone.

        23. Most murders are the result of an argument.

Bumped into somebody who just had a shit day.  Words were exchanged.  Other guy pulls a gun and shoots him.  Realizing what he has just done he runs away.

Though botched robbery is a pretty good theory.  Pulls a gun to intimidate Seth.  Seth grabs for the gun.  The guy shoots him then runs fearing somebody may have heard the gunshot.

            26. Most murder victims are not victims of intentional murders.

Perhaps you’ve been watching too much TV.

In fact, I know more than one person who has taken a gun away from somebody who pulled a gun on them.  While I only know one person who was probably the victim of an intentional murder (though there was an ongoing argument between the two which may have unintentionally blown up in the heat of the moment instead).

              30. That's fascinating. What source are you going by?

I can believe you are right, but I would guess that in most cases that “argument” is between acquaintances with pre-existing differences, and not strangers:  husband kills wife during argument, criminal kills co-conspirator, gangbanger  kills guy from a different gang over a beef.

Stranger-on-stranger murder should be placed in a separate category.

                32. FBI's 2011 Uniform Crime Report (or named something like that).

And I would bet you are right on acquaintance vs stranger numbers.

That stat does come with a disclaimer I keep forgetting to add.  If I remember correctly “unknown” was actually the #1 cause.  I should have said #1 “known” cause.  Local police are asked to provide those details to the FBI, but they don’t always do it.  And, of course, most murders go unsolved which would make “unknown” #1 right there.

          27. Explain how someone who grabs a gun, then ends up

Being shot in the back four times.

          In the back.

I have lived in “bad neighborhoods” and even in less than desirable neighborhoods, most muggers simply slam you to the ground and take your valuables. (This doesn’t mean the victim is not seriously injured by the body or head slam.)

A person using a single shot fire arm desires to “not” fire the weapon four times. (Less noise means less likelihood of police being alerted to the scene.)

      20. What doesn't make sense is a 'robbery gone awry'.

Reports say that Seth Rich still had his wallet, watch, and phone on his body. And robbers usually just want your valubles, they’re typically not planning to kill their victims. And random killings are rare.  This leaves motives related to either Rich’s personal life, or professional life.  Regarding his personal life, the few ‘enemies’ he may have had could be quickly identified and investigated. I doubt he had any. Regarding his professional life, his enemies may not have been known to him, and may have even hired the killer. The circumstances of his murder suggest a professional killer, not an amateur one. Law Enforcement has been secretive with evidence.   Ockam’s Razer would indicate this was an assassination related to his professional life, being covered up, as the evidence we know indicates a higher likelyhood of that scenerio than alternate scenarios.

      33. But that doesn't fit the timeline.

WikiLeaks had the emails by mid-May (possibly before) and Assange first mentioned them on June 12. The DC primary wasn’t until June 14, so, unless Assange is clairvoyant, it’s not possible for Seth to have leaked the emails to Julian before June 12 if he didn’t discover the issue until June 14.

Now, that doesn’t cover the issue about whether he started asking questions about polling places, but it DOES mean he wasn’t the leaker.

Are the two (questioner and leaker) supposed to be intertwined in this story? That’s unclear from what you’ve posted here.

        35. I am in the throes

Of euphoric disassemblement due to pain meds kicking in.  So don’t take this the wrong way. It will be an hour before my brain works normally…

According to a March 2017 text file on my hard drive, it was in July 2016 that the major DNC dump took place. You can view what I am mentioning at this link to CNN:

        http://www.cnn.com/2017/03/20/politics/kfile-roger-stone-wikileaks-claims/

A thinking person like you or me would believe that by simply visiting wikileaks + Podesta email pages, a time line for these could be established. But for whatever reason, or maybe simple overlooking such a need, the first of the Podesta email leaks has no date. Slap to my forehead – “WHY NO DATE, JULIAN! WHY?”

Anyway when you have the time please furnish me with a non-Wikipedia link that supports your statements. (Wikipedia is part and parcel  of the Deep State. I only rely on them for such things as the total population in Norway, or the average weight of a bass fish caught in Clear Lake, Calif.)

          36. Yes, the DNC leaks were published in July, but Julian first mentioned them on

June 12. Podesta was in late October/early November.

WASHINGTON — Six weeks before the anti-secrecy organization WikiLeaks published an archive of hacked Democratic National Committee emails ahead of the Democratic convention, the organization’s founder, Julian Assange, foreshadowed the release — and made it clear that he hoped to harm Hillary Clinton’s chances of winning the presidency.

Mr. Assange’s remarks in a June 12 interview underscored that for all the drama of the discord that the disclosures have sown among supporters of Bernie Sanders — and of the unproven speculation that the Russian government provided the hacked data to WikiLeaks in order to help Donald J. Trump — the disclosures are also the latest chapter in the long-running tale of Mr. Assange’s battles with the Obama administration.

            37. So since the Wshington DC 2016 Dem Primary was held on

June 14th, I believe it was, then it would not be outrageous to believe that by June 1st  or so, Seth Rich might  have discovered the fact that there were two sets of polling places in some districts in that city. And so he then decided to do the DNC email leaks.

Of course, Claudia Kash, who was Rich’s girlfriend,  would probably be  good source on all this. I don’t have Twitter right now, and I think she got spooked off Facebook.

And thanks for the timeline on this.

            39. But what leaks was Assange talking about in the June 12 interview?

I clicked the link in the NY Times article. It says:

Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, said on Sunday that the journalist organisation is planning to release upcoming leaks in relation to US presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton.

Speaking to Peston on Sunday, Mr Assange said Wikileads has further information relating to claims circulating since 2015 that Clinton had in the past used her family’s private email server for official communications.

The video with the interview is here:

Correct me if I’m wrong, but the interview seems to be about emails related to Clinton’s server affair, but not the DNC leaks.

The NY Times claims that Assange’s remarks were about the DNC leaks, but is that really the case???

              40. It could only be Podesta or DNC.

And, since DNC came out first, my reasoning is that he was discussing that.

He discussed Podesta later in the summer.
