Ok, so here’s what happened. I posted a story in LBN:
You’ll notice it’s gone, but I didn’t delete it. You’ll also note two links at the end of it. The first link is plain text. The second link I added in edit mode, using the link tool; I then tested it, and it worked.
Then I decided to go one step further, and this is where the trouble happened.
I edited it once more, deleted both links, then used the link editor to post the link once more, this time clicking on settings and making it display the words “full story” instead of the actual link.
After doing this I hit “submit” and got this:
Going back to the latest page and home page, the post was no longer there at all.
I have not re-posted it yet, so as to hopefully simplify the investigation into the bug.

And it’s trying to protect against embedded media, or copyrighted stuff.
I’ve had one post rejected five times, but that one contained nothing embedded, so maybe I’m 100% wrong with my premise. But I was able to post a couple of other times once I pruned some stuff out.
