The Story of Stuff – From 2009 but Worth Repeating

This message never gets old. “From its extraction through sale, use and disposal, all the stuff in our lives affects communities at home and abroad, yet most of this is hidden from view. The Story of Stuff is a 20-minute, fast-paced, fact-filled look at the underside of our production and consumption patterns. The Story of Stuff exposes the connections between a huge number of environmental and social issues, and calls us together to create a more sustainable and just world. It’ll teach you something, it’ll make you laugh, and it just may change the way you look at all the stuff in your life forever. ”

    1. I grew up thinking that this world would be around forever

….only to find out much later that it’s NOT.

We are part of a ‘close’ system and anything done here affect what is going on over-there!

    2. Solutions can not be found within the context

of the present day free market system. Duh.

The US PTB has found it necessary to grab control of the political process so that they can continue this suicidal trajectory. Maybe they are/have created a doomsday pathogen. “Their people” can be inoculated. Would you be surprised?
