Joe makes international headlines again: “Is it ‘tornadx’ now? In his latest gaffe, Biden says ‘they don’t call ‘em tornados anymore’” at .

President Joe Biden left viewers puzzled when he told reporters that tornados aren’t called tornados anymore and, whatever they are called, they supposedly affect Nevada. His apparent senior moment was ridiculed online.

“It’s all across the country, you know…it looks like a tornado, they don’t call ’em that anymore, that hit the crops and wetlands in the middle of the country in Iowa and Nevada and I mean, it’s just across the board,” he mumbled. “And you know, as I said, we’re in this together.”

Biden was swiftly reminded that tornadoes haven’t been renamed. “Yes, we still call them tornadoes,” Fox News meteorologist Janice Dean tweeted. “In Indiana we still call them tornadoes… did I miss something?” Republican Rep. Jim Banks joked.

Nevada residents also reminded Biden that not only is the state unaffected by tornadoes, it also lacks crops and wetlands, and is not situated in the middle of the country.

I’ve lived in Nevada for 32 years and I just became aware that we are
      A. in the middle of the country
      B. have crops and wetlands
      C. have tornadoes that wipe those out

Not sure which is more devastating, tornadoes or politicians but they both are truly colossal windbags.

Naming each tornado after a politician would provide us and them a not so gentle reminder that global climate change is something that urgently requires their immediate attention.
