      (The Hill)

President Trump’s job approval rating plunged 10 points in the latest Gallup survey(LINK) amid massive protests over the death of George Floyd and uncertainty about the coronavirus pandemic.

Gallup found that 39 percent of Americans now approve of the job Trump is doing, a steep drop from the president’s personal high of 49 percent achieved in May.

Trump’s job approval rating is down 7 points among Republicans to 85 percent, the lowest point for the president within his own party in almost two years. Trump is also down 7 points among independents to 39 percent. Only 5 percent of Democrats approve of the job Trump is doing.

Former Presidents George H.W. Bush and Jimmy Carter are the only incumbents on record to have approval ratings in the 30 percent range in June of an election year. Both lost their reelection bids.

Dubya Bush should have had much lower ratings in June 2004.

I hope they continue this downward trend.

I would like to remind you that U.S. health insurance companies do not contribute anything to health care. They are only a PARASITIC middle man receiving an undeserved cut of "FREE MONEY".

As awful as Trump is, a victory for the Dem gerontocracy will kill all the progress that is currently being made, as the establishment starts turning a blind eye to war, racism, police brutality etc again.

@nxylas If Biden wins, then the media will mostly ignore what he does or doesn’t do and pretend everything is all right. If Trump wins, we get more of the same things we’ve gotten for the last three years.

The biggest advantage to a Biden Presidency is that Old Joe won’t Tweet. That’s not enough for me to vote for him, though.

Biden may not tweet, but we’ll be hearing “Come on, Man” and “Here’s the deal” for four years.  Ugh!

No chance for single payer M4A or anything done on climate change, too!

But with 4 more years of Trump, we can expect:

4 more years of chicken-choking during pandemics

4 more years of Treasury raids and tax cuts for billionaires

4 more years of selling off public lands at bargain basement prices

4 more years of alienating allies

4 more years of inflammatory rhetoric against certain citizens

4 more years of gutting environmental regulations

4 more years of slapping crippling sanctions on poor countries

4 more years of right-wing-nuts consolidating their power

Trump’s job approval rating is down 7 points among Republicans

We’ll see if Trump’s upside down Bible will stop his political hemorrhaging.

Not that trump’s numbers are tanking, that’s great. But that 39% of Americans are demented fools.
