      The 750kV grid connects the nuclear plants – untouched, needed for backup/safety. All 750kV step-down transformers/switchyards that feed the 330kV coal and hydro grid are being targeted/destroyed. Destroyed 330kV interconnects = no grid; power islands at best.

      I think Russia is studying Ukraine response. Analysing repair capacity, ability to shift power around, noticing who sends supplies and so on. Ukraine can’t fix big stuff (power plants, 750 kV lines), so nothing can be learned. When the right time comes, big stuff will get wrecked

      Which is getting harder and harder to do since Russian continues its strikes.
      Once the army gets a green light from politicians, the 750kV substation will get destroyed and that would kill the entire UKR electrical grid. Or whats left from it
