• Update on weirdness

Update on site issues: (1. replies now need a title *and* something in the message box, 2. certain links are causing strange pop-ups on Apple devices, and 3. Some folks can't type anything into the text box.) Basically, a series of unfortunate events set us back on testing. We'll get to it as soon as we can, and hopefully things can get fixed by this weekend if not before.  More info: https://jackpineradicals.com/boards/topic/site-problems-more-info/

Unable to log in on cell phone

I reset my password on my pc, and attempted to log in, without success, on my cell phone.  Help!

    1. Did you get an email…

notifying you of a password change?

      2. Yes

I logged out on both the pc and cell phone and then changed my password on the pc and logged in.  When I tried to log in on my cell phone, I kept getting an error message that the password was incorrect.

The reason I changed my password was because I was logged out on my cell phone and JPR would not accept what I thought was my password.

    5. I have the same problem. Using my laptop at home – no problem. However…

when I try to log-on with my cell phone I receive this message:

    “Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of request header field exceeds server limit.”

After having this problem for several days, I changed my password on my laptop. Still same problem. Laptop fine. Cell phone can’t connect. JPR is the only website that I’m having this problem.
