  Blackwater will charge much more than it cost to have government troops. They will break many local and international laws, and they will expect the US government to bail their sorry asses out when they get in trouble. If we do make the mistake of hiring mercenaries, we should make it clear that they do NOT have the protection of our government. They are there on their own and will have to extract their own soldiers if they get in trouble. If they get charged in a local or international court they will have to defend themselves. They are NOT representatives of the US government.
